Disclosed is an organic electroluminescence device. The device includes an anode; a cathode; and a first light-emission layer disposed between the anode and the cathode and configured for emitting blue light. The first light-emission layer comprises a host composition and a blue dopant. The blue dopant includes at least one compound represented by Chemical Formula D. The host composition contains a first host compound and a second host compound. The first host compound has a triplet energy level higher than a triplet energy level of the blue dopant, while the second host compound has a triplet energy level lower than the triplet energy level of the blue dopant. In Chemical Formula D, each of R, R, R, Rand Rindependently is the same as defined in the present specification.

Organic electroluminescence device

The present disclosure relates to organic compounds and an organic light emitting display device using the same and more particularly, to an organic light emitting display in which an organic compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 1 is used for a hole transport layer or an electron blocking layer of the organic light emitting element to easily transport holes injected from an anode to a light emitting layer and suppress the leakage of electrons from the light emitting layer. Therefore, it is possible to provide an organic light emitting display device with high luminous efficiency and long lifetime.

The present disclosure provides an organic light-emitting device comprising a novel compound. When the novel compound is applied as a hole transport material to an organic light emitting device, the novel compound allows the device to have improved drive voltage, efficiency and lifespan characteristics.

Organic light-emitting diode, organic light-emitting display including the same, and method of manufacturing the same

The present disclosure provides a novel compound and an organic light-emitting device comprising the same. When the novel compound is applied as a hole transport material to an organic light emitting device, the novel compound allows the device to have improved drive voltage, efficiency and lifespan characteristics.

The present invention provides a novel compound of an amine derivative including a spiro compound. The novel compound has excellent hole transport characteristics. Thus, when the novel compound is applied to a hole transport layer, an auxiliary hole transport layer and an electron blocking layer of an organic light-emitting device, the device realizes low driving voltage, high efficiency, high thermal stability and long life-span. Further, when the novel compound is applied as a blue light-emitting material, the device realizes a low driving voltage and high efficiency.

Disclosed is an organic electroluminescence device including an anode, a cathode, at least two light-emission sub-stacks and a charge generation layer. The charge generation layer is located between the light-emission sub-stacks, and the charge generation layer includes a stack of a n-type charge generation layer and a p-type charge generation layer. The n-type charge generation layer includes a Compound of Formula 1 and a Compound of Formula 2. The present organic electroluminescence device improves injection and transport properties of electrons to lower driving voltage of the device, improves efficiency and lifespan of the device, and has excellent thermal/electrical stability for long driving duration of the device.

An organic light-emitting diode includes: a first electrode, a light-emitting stack thereon including, sequentially stacked: a hole transport layer (HTL) including an HTL material, a blue light-emitting layer including: a blue host material (BHM) and a blue fluorescent dopant (BFD) material, and an electron transport layer (ETL) including an ETL material, and a second electrode on the light-emitting stack, wherein the BFD material has a higher LUMO, a higher HOMO, and a lower singlet energy than the BHM, the HTL material has a higher HOMO than the BHM and the BFD material, a difference in HOMO between the HTL material and the BFD material is 0.1 eV or less, the ETL material has a higher LUMO than the BHM and the BFD material, and a difference in LUMO between the ETL material and the BFD material is 0.1 eV or less.

Disclosed is an organic light emitting diode and an organic light emitting display including the same, where the organic light emitting diode includes: a first electrode; a light emitting stack disposed on the first electrode; and a second electrode disposed on the light emitting stack, where the light emitting stack includes a hole transport layer and a blue light emitting layer such that the hole transport layer and the blue light emitting layer are sequentially stacked on the first electrode, where the blue light emitting layer includes a blue host material and a blue fluorescent dopant material, and the hole transport layer includes a hole transport layer material. The blue fluorescent dopant material has a higher LUMO energy level than the blue host material and the blue fluorescent dopant material has a higher HOMO energy level than the blue host material.
