A cutting tool assembly includes: a tool body extending in a longitudinal direction; a lower jaw extending and protruding forward from the tool body; a clamping portion disposed to be spaced apart from a top surface of the tool body; an upper jaw extending forward from the clamping portion and facing the lower jaw; an elastic connecting portion elastically connecting the tool body and the clamping portion to each other on a rear side of the clamping portion; a clamping screw penetrating the clamping portion downwardly and fastened to the tool body; and an upper coolant channel through which coolant flows, the upper coolant channel penetrating the elastic connection part, the clamping portion, and the upper jaw. In a width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, a width of the clamping portion is in a range of 40% to 80% of a width of the tool body.

Cutting tool assembly

A cutting tool assembly includes a tool shank having a coupling opening, and an insert holder having an insert body to which an insert is coupled and detachably attached. A coupling protrusion protrudes from one surface of the insert body and is detachably coupled to the tool shank. Located on the coupling protrusion are a tapered contact portion which comes into contact with the coupling opening and provides a fixing force to fix the insert holder to the tool shank, and a contact surface at a rear end of the tapered contact portion which couples to a fastening member.

Provided is an adhesive fabric paper that is used in color printers for personal computers, printing machines for indoor and outdoor advertisement, wide format printers, plotters, and so on to print colored images. In the invention, the rear side of the fabric is not subjected to gray coating and white coating, and the front side of the fabric is coated with a coating solution containing at least one fixation-strengthening agent selected from among titanium dioxide, silicon oil, silicon dioxide, polyoxyethylene sorbitan trioleate, and polyvinyl alcohol. The adhesive fabric paper shows the same functions as those of the rear side coating layer and can be manufactured by a simpler process at reduced costs.

Readherable, repositionable and reusable adhesive fabric paper for printing and manufacturing method thereof

An adhesive fabric paper for printing is used to color printers for personal computers, printing machines for indoor and outdoor advertising, wide format printers, plotters to print colored images. The manufacturing method includes: heating and cooling a woven fabric; preparing a first 'S' coating liquid, a second 'S' coating liquid and an &#x201c;R&#x201d; coating liquid as coating liquids to be coated on the front face of the fabric and maturing them for three days; coating twice the rear face of the fabric; coating once the rear face of the fabric; carrying out first and second &#x201c;S&#x201d; coating works on the front face of the fabric with the first &#x201c;S&#x201d; coating liquid and the second &#x201c;S&#x201d; coating liquid; coating twice the front face of the fabric with the &#x201c;R&#x201d; coating liquid; and laminating a backer coated with an adhesive to the fabric.
