The present invention relates to a haptic actuator based on a nutation structure using a squeeze mode of a magneto-rheological fluid, which compresses a magneto-rheological fluid (MR fluid) by using a rotary body capable of performing a rotary motion based on a nutation structure, thereby generating a sustainable rotational resistance force by using a squeeze mode and a flow mode of the MR fluid.

The present invention relates a haptic tool system, the system including: a computer device portion providing a content image including a target object for user testing or learning through a haptic feedback simulation function; and a haptic drill tool having an capacitive touch pen that makes contact with the target object and providing a haptic feedback simulating use of an actual drill to the user on the basis of load cell displacement information on a force applied according to the contact of the capacitive touch pen and physical property information on the target object. According to the haptic tool system, it is possible to provide the haptic feedback similar to a force and a motion sensation that the user feels when using an actual electric drill.

A cylindrical housing surrounds inner, outer and bottom surfaces of the solenoid, and engages with the rotor. The magnetorheological fluid is disposed inside gaps among the solenoid, the rotor and the housing, and generates magnetic chains along the flux lines in response to the magnetic field. The thickness of walls of the rotor which surround the inner and outer surfaces of the solenoid decreases in the top-to-bottom direction. A space having a predetermined width is defined around the rotary shaft.
