A face recognition method of the present disclosure includes configuring aggregations of feature data that include a plurality of feature data of faces and match to a plurality of personnel data; extracting from an input image a plurality of input feature data that correspond to the feature data and that is equal to or more than a critical value; comparing an aggregation of input feature data that includes the input feature data with each of the pre-stored aggregations of feature data, and selecting from the aggregations of feature data an aggregation of feature data having the greatest similarity with the aggregation of the input feature data; and identifying a person on the image based on personnel data that matches the aggregation of feature data having the greatest similarity.

Disclosed herein are an apparatus and method for displaying images. The apparatus includes a first image output unit, a second image output unit, an image signal selection unit, and an image display unit. The first image output unit is set to master operation mode, and outputs an image signal to be displayed. The second image output unit is set to slave operation mode, and, if the first image output unit has failed, is switched to master operation mode and then continuously outputs the image signal or a new image signal. The image signal selection unit compares the IP source address of a received master message with previously stored address information, and then selects the image signal that is received from the first image output unit or the second image output unit that has a matching address. Apparatus and method for parallel-processing data flow

A method for managing a content addressable memory (CAM) look-up table using the longest prefix matching (LPM) is provided. The method includes providing a pair of pointers per every band of data having the same prefix in length, wherein one of the pair of pointers stores the address of data having the lowest address in each band of data, and the other pointer of the pair of pointers stores the next higher address of data having the highest address in each band of data; and making a space in which data is to be added in the CAM look-up table by moving data having the addresses stored in the pair of pointers provided per each band of data that has a shorter prefix length than the prefix length of the data to be added, when data is added to the CAM look-up table. According to the method, it is possible to easily and efficiently add new data into the look-up table of the CAM.
