There are proposed a method and system for information theory-based questioning for a goal-oriented dialog system. An information theory-based question provision system includes an approximate answer generation unit configured to generate an approximate answer by approximating the generation of an answer to a question by an answer module constituting a part of the goal-oriented dialog system; an intention inference unit configured to infer an intention value, which is the degree of proximity of the question to a goal, based on the answer of the answer module, and a question provision unit configured to provide a question to the answer module based on the intention value.

Method and system for information theory-based questioning for goal-oriented dialog system

The present invention relates to a wearable sensor-based automatic scheduling device and method. The wearable sensor-based automatic scheduling device includes: a typical schedule setting part that sets a typical schedule received from the user and specifying a specific event; an atypical schedule inferring part that infers an atypical schedule by analyzing the user's current location and the user's behavioral patterns occurring over a specific period of time in the past; and a schedule determining part that determines the schedule from this point on based on the typical schedule and the atypical schedule. Accordingly, the present invention may provide a technology that can predict the user's expected schedule in real time by taking into account both a typical schedule recorded in a scheduler and an atypical schedule mapped out based on daily behavioral patterns.

Wearable sensor-based automatic scheduling device and method

A semiconductor device includes a channel layer located on a substrate, the channel layer including a conductive oxide, a gate structure located on the channel layer, the gate structure including a gate electrode and gate spacers located on both sidewalls of the gate electrode, and source and drain regions located on both sides of the gate structure in recess regions having a first height from a top surface of the channel layer. A method of forming a semiconductor device can be provided by forming an opening that exposes a surface of an elevated source/drain region. The size of the opening can be reduced and a pre-amorphization implant (PAI) can be performed into the elevated source/drain region, through the opening, to form an amorphized portion of the elevated source/drain region. The mutant microorganism according to the present invention has advantages in that it has high resistance to various chemical substances, grows rapidly, is easily cultured, and produces N-acetylglucosamine with high efficiency, indicating that it is useful for production of a large amount of N-acetylglucosamine.

An organic light emitting diode (OLED) and a method of manufacturing the same. An auxiliary layer comprising a high density metallic compound and an emission layer are formed by a laser induced thermal imaging (LITI) process. The LITI process reduces manufacturing costs and time by eliminating the need for a mask patterning process. The metallic compound has a density of 2 g/cmor greater to promote adhesion and improve interfacial planarization. This results in improved luminance uniformity (i.e. luminance mura) between pixels within an OLED display device.

The secure mode setting unit generates, in response to a second control signal, an enable signal for instructing re-enabling of the secure mode regardless of whether the semiconductor apparatus is powered off. The present invention relates to a method of screening a target metabolite-overproducing mutant strain using a synthetic suicide genetic circuit, and more particularly to a method of screening only a metabolite-overproducing mutant strain while killing a mutant strain that does not produce the metabolite, by introducing into mutant strains a synthetic suicide genetic circuit comprising a suicide gene coupled with a riboswitch. The method for screening a target metabolite-overproducing mutant strain according to the present invention has advantages in that a metabolite-overproducing mutant strain having a relatively fast or slow growth rate can be separated by visual observation, and in that the riboswitch that is used in the synthetic suicide genetic circuit can be replaced depending on the kind of target metabolite, and thus the synthetic suicide genetic circuit can be applied commonly to various strains.
