One aspect of the present invention relates to a device for managing a fine particle concentration of a target region by supplying charges to a target region, the device comprising: a container configured to store liquid, at least one nozzle configured to output the liquid, a pump configured to supply the liquid from the container to the at least one nozzle, a power supply configured to supply power to the device, and a controller configured to supply the charges to the target region through the at least one nozzle by using the power supply, wherein the controller is configured to, by using the power supply, apply a voltage equal to or greater than a reference value to the at least one nozzle, and provide electric force in a direction away from the device to the fine particles in the target region charged by the supplied charges.

Device and method for managing fine particle concentration

A reservoir tank for use in a nuclear reactor building includes a reservoir tank in which cooling water is stored. A partition part is disposed in the reservoir tank and partitions the inside of the reservoir tank into a first storage tank and a second storage tank so as to separate the cooling water in the reservoir tank. An inflow part is disposed in the partition part and allows the cooling water of the second storage tank to naturally flow into the first storage tank by the difference between the water levels of the first and second storage tanks when the water level of the first storage tank is lowered. This configuration is advantageous in that a nuclear reactor does not need to be pressurized and reheated when the nuclear reactor building is cooled due to a severe accident.

In order to provide a coolant tank for preventing a containment from being recompressed and reheated during the cooling of the containment upon occurrence of a design basis accident and a severe accident and a passive containment cooling system comprising the same, the present invention comprises: a storage tank for storing a coolant; a division part which is arranged within the storage tank and divides the inside of the storage tank into a first storage tank and a second storage tank to separate the coolant; a first heat exchanger which is extended from the storage tank to the containment and cools the containment on the basis of the coolant; and a unidirectional valve which is provided on the division part and allows the coolant of the second storage tank to be introduced into the first storage tank when the water level of the first storage tank is reduced.

An RF supply system in which a bias RF generator operates at a first frequency to provide a bias RF output signal and a source RF generator operates at a second frequency to provide a source RF output signal. The RF output power signals are applied to a load, such as a plasma chamber. The source RF generator detects a triggering event. In response to the triggering event, the source RF generator initiates adding frequency offsets to the source RF output signal in order to respond to impedance fluctuations in the plasma chamber that occur with respect to the triggering event. The triggering event detected by the source RF generator can be received from the bias RF generator in the form of a control signal that varies in accordance with the bias RF output signal.

The RF power distribution device includes an impedance matching network for transferring power from an RF power source and a power distribution unit for distributing the output power from the impedance matching network to at least one electrode generating capacitively-coupled plasma. The power distribution unit includes a first reactive element connected in series to a first electrode, a variable capacitor having one end connected in parallel to the first reactive element and the first electrode and the other end grounded, and a second reactive element having one end connected to a first node where the one end of the variable capacitor and one end of the first reactance device are in contact with each other and the other end connected to a second node where a second electrode and an output terminal of the impedance matching network are connected.
