The present invention relates to an integrated cooling module including a central manifold having a mounting space in which components may be mounted, refrigerant flow channels in which a refrigerant may flow, and communication holes for allowing the components and the refrigerant flow channels to communicate with one another, such that the components are integrated around the central manifold, thereof excluding hoses or pipes and achieving miniaturization and weight reduction of an entire cooling system.

Integrated cooling module

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a plate-type heat exchanger in which the formation of burrs and chips during fin processing may be eliminated by eliminating fin processing work for stacking and bonding fins and plates. In order to achieve the above purpose, a plate-type heat exchanger according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: plates which include an inlet formed on one side in the longitudinal direction, an outlet formed on the other side in the longitudinal direction, and a flow surface formed between the inlet and the outlet; and a fin part which is inserted into a plate part formed by bonding a pair of the plates and rests on the flow surface. The plates include a fin part movement preventing means to ensure that one end of the fin part in the longitudinal direction is spaced a certain distance from the inlet and the other end of the fin part in the longitudinal direction is spaced a certain distance from the outlet such that the fin part rests only on the flow surface.

Plate-type heat exchanger

A heat exchanger including a first header tank and a second header tank that are disposed to be spaced apart a predetermined distance in a height direction and a core part that is disposed between the first header tank and the second header tank and includes a plurality of tubes and fins, the first header tank including a first header plate, a first tank, and a first partition wall that divides a space formed by a combination of the first header plate and the first tank to form a plurality of flow paths, the first partition wall being provided with a main communication hole and an auxiliary communication hole, and an area ratio of the auxiliary communication hole being 3 to 7% of an area of the main communication hole.

The present invention relates to a water-cooling type condenser, and more specifically, to a water-cooling type condenser including a fixing plate for fixing a gas and liquid separator, wherein the fixing plate is formed to enable a refrigerant and cooling water to flow by means of coupling between first and second plate portions, and is integrally formed, by brazing, with remaining components (a plate, a first inlet pipe, a first outlet pipe, a second inlet pipe, and a second outlet pipe), so as to enhance assemblability and durability and enable size reduction.

A multiflow type condenser for an automobile air conditioner comprising: a pair of header pipes disposed in parallel with each other and arranged to have an inlet and an outlet; a pluratlity of flat tubes each connected to said header pipes at opposite ends thereof, each of said flat tubes having a plurality of inside fluid paths, a hydraulic diameter of said inside fluid paths being in the range of about 1 to 1.7 mm; a plurality of corrugated fins each disposed between adjacent flat tubes; at least a pair of baffles disposed in said header pipes one by one; each of said baffles having a projection inserted into a slit provided with each header pipes and dividing each header pipes into a plurality of chambers; at least one by-pass passageway formed in the baffles to route a vapor-abundant phase of said refrigerant from an upper chamber to a lower chamber within the same header pipes by providing a communication path between the adjacent chambers; a ratio of a hydraulic diameter of said by-pass passageway over said hydraulic diameter of said inside fluid paths being in the range of about 0.28 to 2.25; and an area of a pass on the inlet side is about 30% to 65% of an overall area of all of said passes.
