Disclosed is a retractable door handle assembly for a vehicle. The assembly includes: a retractable door handle installed in a door of the vehicle to be projected or retracted further to the outside in a width direction of the vehicle than a outer door panel constituting the door; and a linkage connected to the door handle to support the door handle so that the door handle pops out to the outside in the width direction of the vehicle and pops in to the inside in the width direction of the vehicle. The linkage includes a main link having one end connected to the door handle, and an auxiliary link having one end connected to the main link to support a pivot movement of the main link, and as a result, pop-out and pop-in operations of the door handle can be stably performed.

A transmitting system and a method for processing data are disclosed herein. The transmitting system includes a service multiplexer and at least one transmitter located in a remote position from the service multiplexer. Herein, the service multiplexer generates an RS frame having the size of N (row)&#xd7;187 (column) bytes including at least one type of mobile service data, packetizes the RS frame into a plurality of mobile service data packets, and multiplexes the packetized mobile service data packets with a main service data packet at a predetermined data rate, thereby transmitting the multiplexed data packets. A data processing method of a digital broadcast transmission system includes delaying a reference time of a program clock reference (PCR) based on a size of mobile service data, when processing a broadcasting signal including main service data and the mobile service data, verifying a transport stream system target decoder (T-STD) model based on the PCR of the delayed reference time, and storing a packet of the main service data in an auxiliary buffer, when overflow of a buffer in the T-STD model is estimated as the verification result of the T-STD model.

A digital broadcasting system and a data processing method are disclosed. A data processing method of a digital broadcasting receiver comprises receiving a mobile/handheld (MH) broadcasting signal including mobile service data and main service data; generating a RS (Reed-Solomon) frame from the received MH broadcasting signal; extracting control data from the RS frame, the control data including charge adjustment information required to use a service provided by at least one service provider, the service being encrypted; determining whether the service is available, by comparing the extracted charge adjustment information with balance information written in the smart card; controlling the second RS frame using the control data so that an encrypted service of the second RS frame is decrypted, if the service is available; and mapping the extracted charge adjustment information with a corresponding service provider and storing the information.

A digital broadcasting system and a method for controlling the same are disclosed. A method for controlling a digital broadcast receiving system includes the steps of receiving a broadcast signal having mobile service data and main service data multiplexed therein, extracting transmission parameter channel (TPC) signaling information and fast information channel (FIC) signaling information from a data group within the received mobile service data, by using the extracted fast information channel (FIC) signaling information, acquiring a program table describing virtual channel information and service of an ensemble, the ensemble being a virtual channel group of the received mobile service data, by using the acquired program table, detecting a descriptor defining basic information required for accessing the received service, and, by using the detected descriptor, controlling the receiving system to enable access to the corresponding service.
