A battery pack includes one or more bare battery cells, a frame case, and a top case. Each of the bare battery cells has first and second electrode tabs. The frame case surrounds an outer surface of the one or more bare cells. The top case is coupled to the frame case at one end of the one or more bare cells. In the battery pack, the frame case includes a warp preventing portion parallel to the top case.

Battery pack

A battery includes a pouch type case formed of a flexible material and the case has a bottom with a recess portion and a protrusion portion, an electrode assembly within the case, and a support member coupled to the recess portion and to the protrusion portion at the bottom of the case. The support member fixes shapes of the recess portion and the protrusion portion, and the support member is coupled to an outside of the case at the bottom of the case.

Rechargeable battery

A battery pack includes a bare cell that includes an electrode assembly, a case for accommodating the electrode assembly, and a cap plate arranged at one side of the case, a protection circuit board assembly for controlling charge/discharge of the bare cell, a battery protection device electrically connected to the protection circuit board assembly, and a first adhesive member. At least a part of the first adhesive member is disposed on the case. The first adhesive member crosses the battery protection device in a lengthwise direction of the battery protection device.

Provided is a battery pack formed by coupling a cover case and a bare cell. The battery pack includes: a bare cell including a cap plate having a surface in which at least one screw receiving groove is formed; a cover case disposed at a side of the cap plate, and having a surface in which at least one mounting groove is formed and a hole penetrating a center of the mounting groove; and at least one tapping screw including a head part and a body part that are mounted in the mounting groove of the cover case, wherein the body part penetrates the hole and is coupled to the screw receiving groove of the cap plate; wherein the cap plate includes a protruding unit formed in the second surface of the cap plate in correspondence to the screw receiving groove of the cap plate.

A holder case for a battery pack is disclosed. The holder case includes two pieces which are selectively engageable so that the length of the holder case can be varied.

A battery assembly includes a bare cell; a protection circuit module electrically connected to the bare cell and having a first terminal portion; a holder case between the bare cell and the protection circuit module, the holder case having a second terminal portion, a terminal connection portion connected to the second terminal portion and an insulating support, wherein the protection circuit module is coupled to the holder case such that the first terminal portion is electrically coupled to the terminal connection portion.

A secondary battery includes a bare cell comprising an electrode assembly; a protection circuit module electrically coupled to the bare cell; an upper case including a first case and a second case opposite to the first case joined together, the upper case generally encompassing the protection circuit module; and at least one support rib on at least one of the first case and the second case supporting the protection circuit module.
