Provided are display device and method of fabricating the same. The display device comprises a substrate, a first semiconductor layer, a first gate insulating layer, a first gate electrode dispose, a first interlayer insulating layer, a first oxide semiconductor layer, a second gate insulating layer and a second gate electrode sequentially disposed on the substrate, spacers disposed on side surfaces of the second gate electrode, and a second interlayer insulating layer disposed on the spacers, wherein each of the spacers comprises a first spacer disposed to contact a side surface of the second gate electrode and a second spacer disposed on the first spacer. A concentration of hydrogen included in the first spacer is lower than a concentration of hydrogen included in the second spacer.

An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate, an insulation layer structure, a light emitting layer, and an optical module. The substrate has an opening region, a peripheral region surrounding the opening region, and a display region surrounding the peripheral region. An opening is defined through the substrate in the opening region. The insulation layer structure is disposed in the display region and the peripheral region on the substrate. The light emitting layer is disposed on the insulation layer structure, and extends in a first direction from the display region into the opening region. A first opening is defined through the light emitting layer in the peripheral region. The optical module is disposed in the opening of the substrate.

Organic light emitting display device and method of manufacturing organic light emitting display device

A display device includes a planarization layer disposed on a substrate, a first electrode disposed on the planarization layer and including silver (Ag), a contact preventing layer disposed on the first electrode, including a light absorbing material, and including a top surface and a side surface extending from an end of the top surface, and a pixel defining layer disposed on the contact preventing layer and including a bottom surface facing the top surface of the contact preventing layer, and a side surface extending from an end of the bottom surface. The first electrode includes a first region overlapping pixel defining layer. The contact preventing layer includes a second region overlapping the first region between the first electrode and the pixel defining layer. A first edge where the top and side surfaces of the contact preventing layer meet is located on the bottom surface of the pixel defining layer.

A display device includes a first display substrate and a second display substrate. The first display substrate includes a first base, a first electrode disposed on the first base, a second electrode spaced apart from the first electrode, and a light emitting element disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The second display substrate faces the first display substrate and is configured to receive light emitted from the light emitting element. The second display substrate includes a second base, a first color filter disposed on a surface of the second base, and a first wavelength conversion pattern disposed on the first color filter. The first wavelength conversion pattern includes a first surface facing the first display substrate, and a second surface facing the first surface and the first color filter. The first surface includes a curved surface portion recessed toward the second surface.

Display device

An organic light emitting display device includes a light emitting layer for emitting light and for displaying an image, a fingerprint sensor for detecting a fingerprint, and a circuit element layer disposed between the light emitting layer and the fingerprint sensor and configured to control the light emitting layer. The fingerprint sensor includes a light receiver. The light receiver overlaps the light emitting layer and has an uneven surface.

Organic light emitting display device

An organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate, a buffer layer, a first circuit structure, a sub-pixel structure, and a first signal wire. The substrate includes a display region including a plurality of sub-pixel regions and a peripheral region surrounding the display region. The buffer layer is disposed in the display region and peripheral region on the substrate. The first circuit structure is disposed in the peripheral region on the buffer layer. The sub-pixel structure is disposed in each of the sub-pixel regions on the first circuit structure. The first signal wire is disposed in the peripheral region between the substrate and the buffer layer, and overlaps the first circuit structure when viewed from a plan view in a thickness direction of the substrate.

Organic light emitting diode display device

A display device includes a peripheral area around a display area, a display element in the display area, and a dam in the peripheral area. A thin film encapsulation layer covers the dam and the display element. A touch sensor is on the thin film encapsulation layer. A first insulating layer is between the thin film encapsulation layer and the touch sensor and has a first region and a second region. A dielectric constant of the first region is lower than a dielectric constant of the second region, and the first region is between the dam and the touch sensor.
