The present invention relates to a multi-path converter, which adds a current transfer path using a capacitor to a current transfer path using an inductor to supply a current that is output to an output end (load) to a plurality of parallel paths, thereby reducing a total RMS current flowing through the inductor, and a control method therefor.

Multi-path converter and control method therefor

A multi-path converter and a control method thereof are disclosed. The multi-path converter includes a current transfer path using a capacitor and a current transfer path using an inductor such that a current is output to an output end (load) through a plurality of parallel paths, thereby reducing a total RMS current flowing through the inductor, and a control method therefor.

A life protection device system is proposed. More particularly, the life protection device system includes: a shock absorbing device provided with a shock absorbing part, a shock absorber, and an airbag that are mounted on a moving object so as to absorb impact to protect the life of passengers in a crash or collision of the moving object; a measuring device detecting the shock applied to the moving object; a controller generating a preset driving control signal according to the detected shock of the measuring device; and an artificial intelligence part notifying of an occurrence of a disaster and asking for help from a designated disaster center in response to the driving control signal of the controller, wherein the impact on the passengers is minimized even when the moving object such as a drone, autonomous aircraft, and autonomous vehicle crashes or collides, or falls into a river or sea.

A single-inductor multiple-output (SIMO) converter includes a converter configured to provide respective voltages of a plurality of channels with a single inductor and a control logic configured to control switches of the converter based on clocks corresponding to the plurality of channels, wherein the control logic is configured to compare an output voltage of a selected channel of the plurality of channels that corresponds to a control target to a reference voltage of the selected channel based on a clock of the selected channel and operate in one of a first mode that adaptively adjusts a number of times that a pulse triggering a power transfer to the channel is generated, and a second mode that blocks a generation of the pulse.
