According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided a display apparatus more stable to penetration of moisture and oxygen, including a panel including a display area, a camera hole area, and a non-display area disposed between the display area and the camera hole area, a light emitting element and a plurality of transistors disposed in the display area on the panel, an encapsulation layer disposed on the light emitting element and the transistors, and at least one camera hole, at least one connection prevention part, and at least one dam disposed in the camera hole area, in which a respective one of the at least one dam is disposed between a respective one of the at least one connection prevention part and a respective one of the at least one camera hole.

Display apparatus

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a display device includes a display panel divided into a display area, a non-display area, a bending area, and a pad area and bent in one direction in the bending area; a plurality of pixels disposed in the display area; at least one gate driver disposed in the non-display area and configured to supply a gate voltage to the plurality of pixels; flexible films connected to a plurality of pads disposed in the pad area; and at least one electrostatic discharge (ESD) circuit disposed in the pad area and connected to the at least one gate driver through a discharge line.

Display device

A display device includes a substrate including a plurality of sub-pixels; a planarization layer disposed on the substrate and including a trench adjacent to the plurality of sub-pixels; a plurality of light emitting elements disposed in the plurality of sub-pixels and sharing an organic layer and a cathode; and an auxiliary electrode disposed in the trench and connected to the cathode. A side surface of the auxiliary electrode has a concave shape. The organic layer has an open portion that is disconnected by the auxiliary electrode. Therefore, it is possible to minimize current leakage through the common layer and prevent an increase in resistance of the cathode by the auxiliary electrode.

Provided is a display apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure which includes a substrate including a display area and at least one non-display area; a light emitting device and a plurality of transistors disposed in the display area of the substrate; and a power wiring disposed in the at least one non-display area and electrically connected to the plurality of transistors and the light emitting device. The at least one non-display area includes a camera hole area and a disconnection area, and the disconnection area has a closed loop shape to surround the camera hole area. Therefore, provided is a display apparatus that is more stable for permeation of moisture and oxygen.

A light-emitting display device configured such that an area in which particles are generated is determined in an inspection process after formation of a light-emitting device and correspondingly a cover pattern is formed and a method of manufacturing the same. The particles are prevented from serving as a permeation path of impurities, whereby reliability of the light-emitting display device is improved.

Light-emitting display device and method of manufacturing the same

Provided is an organic light-emitting display device. The organic light-emitting display device includes at least a pixel circuit comprising an organic light-emitting diode and a driving transistor for driving the organic light-emitting diode; a first supply voltage line transferring a first voltage to the pixel circuit; at least a second supply voltage line transferring the first voltage to the pixel circuit during a first period and transferring a second voltage to the pixel circuit during a second period; and a switch connected between the first supply voltage line and the second supply voltage line, wherein the switch is turned on during the first period and turned off during the second period. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a structure for reducing variations in supply voltages of an organic light-emitting display device.

Organic light-emitting display device

An electrophoretic display device in which a barrier defining a unit pixel is directly formed on a first substrate and the unit pixel is filled with an electrophoretic material, and a fabrication method thereof are provided. A barrier surrounding a display area is formed on a non-display area and a sealant is filled between the barrier and a partition wall to facilitate an attachment of first and second substrates.

Electrophoretic display device and fabrication method thereof

Disclosed is an electrophoretic display (EPD) device capable of implementing colors with high brightness. Each sub-pixel implement colors with driving color particles, white particles and black particles, and the EPD device has an enhanced contrast ratio due to black particles.
