A Depth of Charge (DOC) setting apparatus includes a charging and discharging unit for completely charging a battery to a set target voltage and discharging the completely-charged battery; a profile obtaining unit for obtaining a voltage profile for capacity and voltage of the battery while the battery is charged and discharged and obtaining a differential profile for capacity and differential voltage of the battery from the obtained voltage profile; and a processor for sequentially selecting any one of a plurality of preset voltages and setting the selected preset voltage as the target voltage and for obtaining a feature value for a target peak in each of a plurality of differential profiles and setting a DOC for the battery based on the plurality of obtained feature values.

A sticker-type electronic device which is freely detachably attachable to various bodies repeatedly is provided. The electronic device includes a main substrate which exhibits a surface adhesion property due to the properties of a material thereof and which provides an attachment/detachment surface to an article, and an electrode formed by being transferred from a temporary substrate to a surface that is opposite to the attachment/detachment surface of the main substrate to the article wherein the electrode is transferred directly to the main substrate using the adhesion property of the main substrate. The electronic device is freely detachably attachable to the surface of the article repeatedly using the surface adhesion property of the main substrate. The electronic device is formed directly on the surface of the substrate constituted by the material having the surface adhesion property, thereby providing a sticker-type electronic device which is freely repeatedly detachably attachable to various bodies.

A method of forming a nanometer-scale prominence and depression structure on a zinc oxide thin film in a wet-etching method, and the method includes the steps of: preparing a substrate; forming a nano structure having a height and a width of a nanometer range; forming the zinc oxide thin film on the substrate on which the nano structure is formed; and wet-etching the zinc oxide thin film, in which in the wet-etching step, zinc oxide having relatively low physical compactness is preferentially etched since the zinc oxide is positioned on the nano structure, and thus the prominence and depression structure is formed around the nano structure by the etching. The method is effective in that a thin film can be uniformly formed on the prominence and depression structure, and an electrolyte or an organic material may uniformly penetrate between the prominence and depression structure.

The apparatus includes a first solar cell receiving a predetermined intensity of radiation or more to generate electricity, a second solar cell receiving a predetermined intensity of radiation or more to generate electricity; a temperature sensor sensing a temperature of the second solar cell; a cooler cooling the first solar cell; and a controller measuring the intensity of radiation applied to the first solar cell, and controlling the cooler to prevent the temperature of the first solar cell from increasing above a predetermined temperature depending on the temperature of the second solar cell sensed by the temperature sensor.

An information protection system includes a mobile terminal and an encryption module. The mobile terminal requests a key sequence by transmitting a message including a Personal Identification Number (PIN) number input by a user, and encrypts or decrypts one or more communication signals, including voice signals and data signals, based on the key sequence when the key sequence is received. The encryption module is connected to the mobile terminal. The encryption module encrypts a security key using the identifier and the PIN number of the mobile terminal, decrypts the encrypted security when requested by the mobile terminal, and transmits the key sequence generated based on the decrypted security key to the mobile terminal.

Disclosed are a light guide plate for a non-contact type coordinate input system, a system including the same, and a non-contact type coordinate input method using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a light guide plate for a non-contact type coordinate input system, which eliminates inconvenience of a conventional contact-type coordinate input system inputting coordinates through direct contact, and which can reduce use of sensors and optical loss as much as possible. The present invention relates to a plastic substrate having a multi-layer structure and a method for preparing the same. The plastic substrate of the present invention comprises plastic films attached to each other, and a first buffering layer of an organic-inorganic hybrid, a layer of gas barrier, and a second buffering layer of an organic-inorganic hybrid which are stacked on both sides of the plastic films in an orderly manner, each layer forming a symmetrical arrangement centering around the plastic films. Because the plastic substrate of the present invention has a small coefficient of thermal expansion, excellent dimensional stability, and superior gas barrier properties, it can replace the brittle and heavy glass substrate in display devices. Also, it can be used for a variety of packaging or container materials in applications requiring superior gas barrier properties.

A transimpedance amplification apparatus includes a signal source for generating a current signal, a source follower stage, a common source stage and a shunt feedback resistor. The source follower stage having a source follower structure receives the current signal to reduce an impedance of the signal source. The common source stage, following the source follower stage, driven by the reduced signal source impedance, amplifies the current signal to extend a frequency bandwidth of the current signal and buffers the amplified signal with the extended frequency bandwidth thereof maintained, wherein the reduced signal source impedance serves to extend a frequency bandwidth of the common source stage. The shunt feedback resistor, which is installed between the source follower stage and the common source stage, adjusts an input DC bias of the source follower stage and increasing a transimpedance gain of the common source stage.

A broadband amplification apparatus for extending a bandwidth includes a first and a second amplifying unit for amplifying an input signal, a buffering unit and a first inductive buffer. The buffering unit disposed between the first and the second amplifying unit buffers an output signal of the first amplifying unit to thereby maintain a bandwidth of the output signal, increases a gain and returns back a portion of the buffered signal to the first amplifying unit. The first inductive buffer, which is connected to the buffer unit, enhances input impedance as a frequency increases within a predetermined range, thereby introducing little gain changes while serving to extend a bandwidth.
