An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate, a light emitting structure, a first conductive pattern, and a functional module. The substrate has an opening region, a peripheral region surrounding the opening region, and a display region surrounding the peripheral region, and includes a first groove, which has an enlarged lower portion, formed in the peripheral region and an opening formed in the opening region. The light emitting structure is in the display region on the substrate. The first conductive pattern overlaps the first groove in the peripheral region on the substrate. The functional module is in the opening of the substrate.

Organic light emitting display device

A display device includes: a base layer including a display area (DA) and a non-DA; a circuit element layer on the base layer and including: a power supply electrode (PSE) overlapping the non-DA, circuit elements, and a shielding electrode connected to the PSE and overlapping some of the circuit elements; a display element layer on the circuit element layer and including: a light emitting element including a first electrode, a light emitting unit, and a second electrode, and a connection electrode connecting the second electrode to the PSE and including first through-holes; a thin film encapsulation layer (TFEL) on the display element layer and including an organic layer overlapping the DA; and an input sensing layer on the TFEL and including sensing electrodes and sensing signal lines connected to the sensing electrodes. The sensing signal lines overlap the connection electrode. Some of the first through-holes overlap the shielding electrode.

Display device having conductive layers disposed in a different layer from an electrode of a light emitting element

A display device includes a substrate that includes a display area and a peripheral area, a transistor in the display area, a pixel electrode connected to the transistor, a common electrode that overlaps the pixel electrode, and an organic insulation layer that is between the common electrode and the substrate, and overlaps at least a part of the peripheral area, wherein a thickness of a portion of the organic insulation layer overlapping the display area, and a thickness of a portion of the organic insulation layer overlapping the peripheral area, are different from each other, and the organic insulation layer includes a valley that penetrates the organic insulation layer, while overlapping the peripheral area.

Display device with touch sensing layer

A display device includes an active region including pixels receiving data signals through data lines, and a non-active region on a side of the active region in a first direction and including a pad portion. The display device includes non-active fan-out wirings in the non-active region and connected to the pad portion, signal wirings extending in the first direction across the active region and connected to the pixels, and connection wirings passing through the active region and connecting some of the non-active fan-out wirings and some of the signal wirings. Each of the connection wirings includes first and second extension portions made of a first conductive layer, and a third extension portion made of a second conductive layer different from the first conductive layer. The first and second extension portions extend in the first direction, and the third extension portion extends in a second direction intersecting the first direction.

Display device

A display device includes a display part including multiple unit pixels, each of the unit pixels including multiple display pixels and a light sensing pixel, multiple touch electrodes disposed between the display pixels and the light sensing pixel, surrounding circumferences of the display pixels and the light sensing pixel, and sensing a touch, and a main driving circuit sensing a fingerprint by the light sensing pixel. The light sensing pixel in one of the unit pixels and the light sensing pixel in another one of the unit pixels have different light transmissivities for external light, and the main driving circuit analyzes light sensing signals of the light sensing pixels having the different light transmissivities to detect a luminance value or an illuminance value of the external light.

Display device having touch sensing

A touch sensor includes a sensing electrode that receives a touch input disposed on a sensing area of a substrate; and a plurality of sensing lines disposed on a non-sensing area of the substrate. Each of the plurality of sensing lines includes a first area and a second area, and first and second metal layers electrically coupled to the sensing electrode. The second metal layer is disposed on the first metal layer, and an insulating layer is interposed between the first and second metal layers. The sensing lines include first and second sensing lines. The first and second sensing lines include the first and second metal layers in the first area. The first sensing line includes the first metal layer without the second metal layer in the second area, and the second sensing line includes the second metal layer without the first metal layer in the second area.

Touch sensor and display device including the same

A display device includes a plurality of emission areas that emit light, a plurality of touch electrodes disposed in a light blocking area surrounding the plurality of emission areas, in which the touch electrodes sense a touch, a first insulating layer disposed on the plurality of touch electrodes, and a plurality of light blocking parts disposed on the first insulating layer and overlapping the plurality of touch electrodes. A part of the plurality of light blocking parts includes a code pattern formed by an insertion portion inserted into the first insulating layer and overlapping the plurality of touch electrodes, and another part of the plurality of light blocking parts includes a non-code pattern formed by not having the insertion portion.

Display device and input system including the same

A touch sensor may include a substrate and may include electrode units, first demultiplexers, second demultiplexers, and driving pads all located on the substrate. The electrode units each may include a plurality of electrode groups, the electrode groups each including a plurality of touch electrodes. The first demultiplexers each may include a plurality of sub-demultiplexers and each may be electrically connected to a corresponding one of the electrode units. Each of the sub-demultiplexers of a first demultiplexer may be electrically connected to a corresponding one of the electrode groups of a corresponding electrode unit. The second demultiplexers may be connected between the first demultiplexers and the driving pads.
