A cooling apparatus for power modules includes a manifold cover and a pin plate, and generates vertical turbulent flow of the cooling fluid in such a way as to spray the cooling fluid vertically onto the heat-generating surface using cooling fins of a pin plate configured in the lengthwise and vertical directions of a manifold cover, which ensures cooling efficiency while minimizing flow rate losses caused by the vertical turbulent flow by improving the flow efficiency of the cooling fluid. The manifold cover is provided with a plurality of flow paths for the circulation of the cooling fluid that have different directions respectively for the inflow and the circulation of the cooling fluid and are different in volume or width, minimizing pressure losses during fluid circulation and resolving cooling imbalances through the cooling fins.

A solar panel disassembly device for disassembling a solar panel is provided. In the solar panel, a glass plate, an encapsulant, and a solar cell are stacked in sequence. The disassembly device includes: a stage on which a laser irradiation hole is formed; a transmissive panel disposed on the stage to cover the laser irradiation hole, forming a seating surface of the glass plate; a laser irradiation unit positioned in a lower portion of the stage, and formed such that a laser beam is irradiated through the laser irradiation hole to weaken or eliminate adhesion of the encapsulant as the laser beam passes through the transmissive panel and the glass plate to heat the encapsulant; and a scraper positioned in an upper portion of the stage and formed to scrape the solar cell stacked on the glass plate while moving from one side to the other side of the stage.

The solar panel cutting unit separates thin layers of a solar panel from each other and includes a frame, a panel transporting mechanism that is provided at the frame and lowers the solar panel in a vertical direction such that adhesion lines of the thin layers are arranged downward, a pair of guide roller units that is positioned below the panel transporting mechanism and guides and lowers the solar panel, and a wire cutting mechanism that includes a pair of support rollers and cutting wires which connect the support rollers to each other and extend in the same direction as the adhesion lines such that the wire cutting mechanism separates the thin layers of the solar panel from each other.

An embodiment cooling apparatus for a power module includes a manifold cover provided with an inner space that defines a flow path for a cooling fluid and in which the power module can be embedded, a fin plate embedded in the manifold cover so as to contact the power module and including a plurality of cooling fins on a surface facing an inner surface of the manifold cover, and a guide wall extending from the inner surface of the manifold cover in a flow direction of the cooling fluid to define a plurality of first channels having first closed ends and second channels having second closed ends, the guide wall overlapping the cooling fins and having an end portion in contact with the cooling fins to allow the cooling fluid to flow to the first channels and the second channels between the cooling fins in the manifold cover.

A cooling apparatus of a power module includes a guide provided inside a manifold cover to control a flow of a cooling fluid, wherein the cooling fluid circulated inside the manifold cover forms a vertical turbulent flow by the guide so that cooling efficiency of the power module is secured only using an internal structure of the manifold cover. Thus, heat dissipation performance is improved without a separate fin plate or a separate nozzle injection device.

A solar panel cutting unit may include a frame, a transport roller unit provided at the frame to transport, in a first direction, a solar panel having a glass plate, an adhesive layer, a solar cell layer, and a backsheet layer stacked sequentially, a heating unit to heat the solar panel, a pair of pressurization roller units to pressurize and transport the solar panel, a trimmer unit that moves in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and removes the backsheet layer, the solar cell layer, and the adhesive layer, a peeling unit that inserts a blade into the adhesive layer of the solar panel passing by the trimmer unit and removes a flexible film to which the solar cell layer and the backsheet layer is adhered, and a collection roller that collects the flexible film peeled by the peeling unit.

A movable solar module disassembling apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a movable container unit that is hollow, can be moved by itself or by external power, and has at least one door being able to expose the inside by opening and closing, a frame separation unit that is disposed in the movable container unit, includes a frame separation blade pressing and separating the frame from the module body, is supplied with the solar module, and discharges the module body after separating the frame, and a disassembling unit that is disposed continuously with the frame separation unit in the movable container unit, includes a scrapper scraping and separating the stacked film from the glass plate, is supplied with the module body, and disassembles and discharges the module body into the stacked film and the glass plate.
