A regulation circuit is provided. The regulation circuit is embedded in a front-end module, and provides a regulated voltage to a decoder based on a power supply voltage. The regulation circuit includes a first current regulating circuit connected between a power supply voltage terminal and a first connection node and configured to regulate a level of a first current, a first voltage regulating circuit connected between the first connection node and a ground node, and configured to receive the first current to regulate a level of a first voltage, a second voltage regulating circuit connected between the power supply voltage terminal and an output node, and configured to generate an output voltage based on the first voltage, and a second current regulating circuit connected between the output node and the ground node, and configured to stabilize the output voltage.

Regulator circuit and front-end module

A low noise amplifier circuit includes a first amplifier including a first transistor and a second transistor that are cascode-connected to each other; a second amplifier including a third transistor and a fourth transistor that are cascode-connected to each other; a source terminal matcher connected to a source of the first transistor and a source of the third transistor; and an input matcher providing input that is impedance-matched by a first inductor and a second inductor to a gate of the first transistor and providing input which is impedance-matched by the first inductor to a gate of the third transistor. The circuit is able to operate in a dual-band and provide impedance matching, while being simpler than alternative circuits.

There is provided a radio frequency switch circuit including a first switch circuit unit connected between a first node connected to a first signal port and a common node connected to a common port, and operated according to a first control signal, a second switch circuit unit connected between a second node connected to a second signal port and the common node and operated according to a second control signal having a phase opposite to that of the first control signal, a first shunt circuit unit connected between the second node and a common source node and operated according to the first control signal, a second shunt circuit unit connected between the first node and the common source node, and a source voltage generating unit generating a source voltage, wherein the source voltage is lower than a high level of the first control signal and higher than a ground potential.

Disclosed herein is a power amplifier system including: a power amplifier; a power controlling unit providing driving voltage and driving current corresponding to a preset reference voltage to the power amplifier; a current controlling unit performing a control so that control current corresponding to applied control voltage flows; a bias controlling unit detecting current and voltage corresponding to the driving current of the power controlling unit and controlling bias current of the power amplifier according to the detected voltage; and a current adjusting unit detecting bias voltage corresponding to the bias current of the power amplifier and adjusting the driving current of the power controlling unit according to the detected bias voltage. Even though applied control voltage increases, current applied to the power amplifier is appropriately adjusted, thereby making it possible to improve characteristics of the power amplifier.

A level shifter includes: a first buffer amplifier transferring a preset reference voltage to a first output terminal; a second buffer amplifier connected in parallel to the first buffer amplifier and transferring an input voltage to a second output terminal; a positive feedback amplifier connected in parallel to the first buffer amplifier and the second buffer amplifier, and amplifying the input voltage by a preset gain to transfer the amplified input voltage to a third output terminal; and a level regulation unit regulating levels of output signals of the first buffer amplifier, the second buffer amplifier, and the positive feedback amplifier and providing the regulated output signals to a common output node.

There is provided a power amplifying apparatus with dual-current control mode, including: a transistor mirror circuit adjusting currents respectively flowing through a main path and a mirror path connected in parallel to a power source terminal; a resistor mirror circuit adjusting the respective currents of the main path and the mirror path; a current controlling unit controlling a control current flowing through the main path with a pre-set constant current; a voltage adjusting unit providing a bias adjustment signal that corresponds to a difference voltage between a first voltage of a first node on the main path to which a current is output from the resistor mirror circuit and a second voltage of a second node on the mirror path to which a current is output from the resistor mirror circuit; and a bias circuit unit adjusting a bias of a power amplifying unit.

A power control system includes a power regulator having a plurality of power PMOS transistors connected to a power source in parallel and configured to supply current and voltage controlled according to an input lamp voltage, a current sensing unit connected to the power source and configured to sense currents flowing through a plurality of target PMOS transistors located at predetermined positions among the PMOS transistors, a current mirror unit connected to a first regulated voltage terminal and configured to generate a plurality of currents equal to the sensed currents, a comparator unit configured to total the generated currents to convert the totaled currents into a voltage, and to generate a voltage difference between the voltage and a predetermined reference voltage, and a current bias circuit unit connected to a second regulated voltage terminal and configured to control a bias current according to the generated voltage difference.

Provided is a voltage level shifter changing an input voltage level and outputting the input voltage. There is provided the voltage level shifter, including: an operational amplifier having a first input having an applied input voltage thereto; a first MOSFET having a gate connected to an output of the operational amplifier, a source having an applied power thereto, and a drain outputting an output voltage; a voltage dividing resistor unit including a plurality of voltage dividing resistors sequentially connected to the drain of the first MOSFET in series, one connection node between the plurality of voltage dividing resistors being connected to the second input of the operational amplifier; and a second MOSFET having a source and a drain, respectively connected to both ends of at least one of the voltage dividing resistors, and a gate connected to the gate of the first MOSFET.

Low-dropout regulator

A power amplifier system with power control function provides accurate and efficient power control by controlling a bias voltage and a bias current of the power amplifier at the same time. A power amplifier system with power control function according to an aspect of the invention may include: a power amplifier receiving a bias voltage and a bias current from a power voltage source and having a gain controlled according to the magnitude of the bias voltage and the bias current; a voltage detection controller detecting the magnitude of the bias voltage being supplied to the power amplifier and comparing the magnitude of the bias voltage with a predetermined reference voltage to control the magnitude of the bias voltage; and a current detection controller detecting voltage having a magnitude equivalent to the magnitude of the bias current being supplied to the power amplifier and comparing the magnitude of the voltage equivalent to the magnitude of the bias current with the reference voltage to control the magnitude of the bias current.
