An electrical steering column lock includes a locking guide that advances and retreats with respect to a lock ring by a driving part, and a lock bar that advances and retreats toward and from the locking guide within a predetermined distance in the same direction as that of the locking guide. The lock bar has a leading end disposed toward the lock ring, and is elastically biased toward the locking guide in a lock ring direction. One side of the locking guide is provided with a protrusion. A slider that advances toward the locking guide or retreats from the locking guide is positioned facing the protrusion, and the slider is provided with a grooved part into which the protrusion is inserted.

An outside handle assembly of a vehicle includes a handle grip having a pivot end at one end thereof and an operating lever at the other end thereof, and a handle base located in a door panel and coupled to the handle grip that can be pulled by a user. Here, an initial setting lever is mounted at a rear side of the handle base. A balance weight mounted at the rear side of the handle base by the medium of a return spring is moved in an open direction to be hooked and locked by the initial setting lever. Also, the operating lever of the handle grip has a perpendicularly-bent end at the end thereof such that the operating lever is inserted into the handle base without an interference with the balance weight.

An interrupt structure of a power latch includes a cinching lever enabling automatic latching, a detecting lever having one end rotatably mounted at the cinching lever and the other end including an outer wall having gear teeth formed on an inner peripheral surface thereof, a gear part engaged with the gear teeth formed on the outer wall of the detecting lever, and a detecting auxiliary lever rotatably mounted at the other end of the detecting lever and having one end engaged with the gear part and the other end protruded outwardly. Therefore, the detecting lever is operated in an opposite direction to an operation direction according to the related art to prevent generation of interference with the cinching lever, thereby making it possible to decrease noise. In addition, rigidity of a detecting lever avoidance section formed at the cinching lever is reinforced, thereby making it possible to improve durability.
