A rechargeable battery pack is disclosed. In one aspect, the rechargeable battery pack includes a holder accommodating a plurality of unit cells, wherein each unit cell includes a rechargeable battery, and a case accommodating the holder. The case includes a bottom portion and a cover placed over the bottom portion and the holder. The holder includes a plurality of protrusions that protrude toward the bottom portion and the bottom portion has a plurality grooves defined to respectively correspond to the protrusions.

Rechargeable battery pack

A battery pack includes one or more bare cells, a protective circuit module, and one or more terminals. The protective circuit module is electrically coupled to the bare cell. The one or more terminals are on a first surface of the protective circuit module. The one or more terminals are configured to be electrically coupled to an external device. In the battery pack, one of the terminals includes a support portion coupled to the protective circuit module, a pair of body portions extended in a direction away from the first surface of the protective circuit module at the support portion, and a plurality of extending portions extended in different directions from opposite sides of the pair of body portions. The extending portions extend parallel to the first surface of the protective circuit module.

Battery pack

A battery cell holder is disclosed. In one embodiment, the holder includes first and second outer frames respectively positioned at first and second sides of a plurality of battery cells arranged substantially parallel with each other, wherein the first and second sides are opposing each other, and wherein the outer frames comprise first and second outer fastening members, respectively. The cell holder may further include at least one inner frame disposed between the outer frames, wherein the at least one inner frame comprises a first inner frame adjacent to the first outer frame, wherein the first inner frame has first and second inner fastening members which are respectively formed at opposing sides thereof and have corresponding shapes with respect to each other. The first inner fastening member may be connected to the first outer fastening member.

Battery cell holder

A battery pack is disclosed. An embodiment of the battery pack includes a bare cell, wherein the bare cell comprises a terminal; a circuit module coupled with the bare cell, wherein the circuit module comprises a protective device; and a cover disposed over the circuit module and coupled with the bare cell; wherein the circuit module comprises a through-hole, the cover comprises a protrusion, the protrusion engages with the through-hole, and the through-hole enables welding of the protective device of the circuit module to the terminal of the bare cell through the through-hole.

A rechargeable battery pack includes a plurality of unit cells adjacent to each other, each unit cell including a rechargeable battery, a case configured to house the unit cells and support side surfaces thereof, and a spacer compressed among the unit cells, the spacer including an elastic material and configured to exert an elastic force to support the unit cells.
