A pattern generating method includes, generating a first bit map from inputted pattern data. Characteristics of a plurality of beams for exposing a pattern on a substrate are analyzed, each of the plurality of beams being designated to correspond to one of a plurality of grids in the first bit map. The pattern data is corrected such that at least one of the plurality of beams is designated to expose at least a portion of the pattern on the substrate. A second bit map is generated from the corrected pattern data. The substrate is patterned using the plurality of beams according to the designation of the second bit map.

The exposure method includes receiving mask tape output (MTO) design data obtained through optical proximity correction (OPC), preparing mask data, including a job deck, for the MTO design data without a data format conversion, performing complex correction, including proximity effect correction (PEC) of an error caused by an e-beam proximity effect and mask process correction (MPC) of an error caused by an exposure process, on the mask data, generating pixel data, based on data for which the complex correction is performed, and performing e-beam writing on a substrate for a mask, based on the pixel data.

A printed circuit board (PCB) includes a base substrate, an electrical wiring, a dummy pad and a thermally conductive adhesion member. The base substrate includes a light-emitting diode (LED) mounted on a first surface of the base substrate. The electrical wiring is electrically connected to the LED. The dummy pad is formed on the first surface to be connected to the electrical wiring. The thermally conductive adhesion member is attached to a second surface of the base substrate. Therefore, superior heat radiation may be obtained, thereby reducing or preventing damage to the LED and the LCD device using the LED by radiating the heat from the LED used as a light source.
