A semiconductor chip includes an amplifier electrically connected to the audio detection module to receive a capacitance signal and a piezoresistive signal from the audio detection module and amplifies the capacitance signal and piezoresistive signal to an electrical signal. The present disclosure relates to a microphone, and more particularly, to a microphone capable of improving a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) by receiving a sound pressure through at least two acoustic sensing modules. According to an exemplary form of the present disclosure, a microphone includes first and second acoustic sensing modules including a diaphragm vibrated by a sound pressure introduced from the outside and a fixed membrane spaced apart from the diaphragm, and a signal processing module receiving first and second capacitance signals from each of the first and second acoustic sensing modules and removing and outputting noises included in the first and second capacitance signals based on the first and second capacitance signals.

A current generating circuit that includes a first current source that generates a first current having a negative temperature coefficient a second current source that generates a second current having a positive temperature coefficient. A compensation circuit generates a common current using a first transistor that receives the first current and a second transistor formed in a mirroring structure, a third transistor that receives the second current, and a fourth transistor formed in a mirroring structure. In addition, the compensation circuit provides the common current as an output current using a transistor that is formed in at least a pair of mirroring structures.
