An apparatus and method support live streaming between mobile communication terminals. A server Mobile Station (MS) Transport Stream (TS)-multiplexes audio/video data, generates TS data, and transmits the generated TS data in a live streaming scheme to a client MS through an accessed IP based packet service network. A client MS receives the TS data generated by the server MS in the live streaming scheme through the accessed IP based packet service network, TS-demultiplexes the received TS data, and restores the original audio/video data.

Apparatus and method for live streaming between mobile communication terminals

An organic light emitting display device is provided. Thin film transistors may be located on a substrate. An insulating interlayer having a first contact hole to a third contact hole may be disposed on the substrate. First electrodes electrically connecting the thin film transistors may be located on the insulating interlayer and sidewalls of the first to the third contact holes. A pixel defining layer may be disposed on the insulating interlayer, portions of the first electrodes and the sidewalls of the first to the third contact holes. Light emitting structures may be disposed on the first electrodes in pixel regions. A second electrode may be located on the light emitting structures. Planarization patterns may be disposed on the pixel defining layer to fill the first and the second contact holes. A spacer may be disposed on the pixel defining layer to fill the third contact hole.

The OLED display device includes: a substrate; a first electrode disposed on the substrate; an emission layer disposed on the first electrode; a second electrode disposed on the emission layer; and a hole injection layer disposed between the first electrode and the emission layer or between the emission layer and the second electrode, and formed of an inorganic semiconductor material, which evaporates at a temperature of 1100&#xb0; C. or less. The method includes forming the hole injection layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, by thermally evaporating the inorganic semiconductor material, at a temperature of 1100&#xb0; C., or less.

Method of fabricating organic light emitting diode display device

An organic layer of an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device is formed by transferring a transfer layer of a donor film to aligned pixel openings in a pixel defining region of the OLED display device such that the organic layer is formed in the pixel openings. Each aligned pixel opening has a pair of long sides and a pair of short sides, and the transferring of the transfer layer is performed by applying tensile force to the donor film in a direction perpendicular to the short sides of the pixel openings.

System and method for providing real-time streaming service between terminals

An apparatus and method for improving qualities of motion and still images to be output in a mobile communication terminal. An error-reflected-value table is provided to reduce a computation amount while applying an error diffusion process. The table includes quantization-error-reflected values pre-computed according to maximum values of quantization errors and error-reflected ratios of neighboring pixels. When quantization errors of a specific pixel of an original image selected in a process procedure are computed, error-reflected values of neighboring pixels are determined. Pixel-by-pixel error values are stored by accumulating error-reflected values related to pixels. When error-reflected values of neighboring pixels around all the pixels of the original mage are completely computed, an image in which quantization errors are diffused is generated when the error-reflected values are added on a pixel-by-pixel basis. The error-diffused image is stored and displayed in place of the original image when a user makes a request.

Apparatus and method for improving qualities of motion and still images to be output in a mobile communication terminal

A wafer chuck illumination device for illuminating a light source to detect a position of foreign substances polluting a wafer chuck is provided.
