The present inventive concept relates to a deposition system including: a deposition device having a chamber, a seating plate located inside the chamber to seat a wafer, a magnet coupled to the underside of the seating plate, and a mask assembly located inside the chamber; and a transfer device having a load lock chamber for accommodating the wafer, an arm member for transferring the wafer from the load lock chamber to the seating plate, and a fourth driving module for moving the arm member, wherein the deposition device includes a first driving module for moving the magnet and the seating plate, a second driving module coupled to the first driving module to move the magnet, a third driving module for moving the wafer, and a control module for controlling the first driving module, the second driving module, the third driving module, and the fourth driving module.

The cylinder pump includes an upper casing, and a lower casing coupled to the upper casing. An upper rotation member is rotatably inserted in the upper casing. A lower rotation member slidingly contacting the upper rotation member is rotatably inserted in the lower casing. An inner wall of the upper casing, a lower outer surface of the upper rotation member, an inner wall of the lower casing, and an upper outer surface of the rotation member constitute a cylinder having a single-tube shape. Plungers are installed on the upper rotation member and on the lower rotation member, respectively, and rotate in the cylinder, the ends of which are closed.

The object of this invention is to provide a device for regulating the flow rate of an intravenous medical solution during an injection using an intravenous drip unit. The device has a housing () mounted to a hose () to allow the flow of the solution from a solution container () into the vein, and a control member () rotatably assembled with the housing to regulate the flow rate of the solution. The housing has first and second seats () communicating with inlet and outlet ports, and the control member has first and second bosses () seated in the first and second seats.
