A convertible multiple rank agricultural implement for being towed by an agricultural vehicle. The convertible multiple rank agricultural implement includes a towing assembly, a first rank coupled to the towing assembly, wherein the first rank includes a first plurality of row units longitudinally spaced along a longitudinally extending support structure. A second rank is coupled to the first rank, wherein the second rank includes a first section connected to a second plurality of row units, and a second section connected to a third plurality of row units. In a first configuration, the first section and second section are coupled together with a coupler located at adjacent ends of the first section and second section when the second rank is offset and spaced from the first rank. In a second configuration, the first section and second section are spaced apart and longitudinally aligned with the longitudinally extending support structure of the first rank.

A dispensing machine dispenses a material on a field. A blockage is detected, and an initial blockage location, where the blockage started, is identified. A blockage characterization system identifies characteristics of the blockage, and a control signal generator generates control signals based upon the detected blockage, and the characteristics of the blockage.

Systems and methods provide automatic assignment of control of a plurality of hydraulic circuits of an associated work vehicle to a plurality of operation systems of an implement. A hydraulic circuit assignment control unit includes a processor, a memory device, logic stored in the memory device, and a communication circuit operatively coupled with the processor. The processor executes the logic to associate an activation of a first hydraulic circuit of the plurality of hydraulic circuits of the associated work vehicle with a physical exercise of an operation system of the plurality of operation systems of the associated implement, and generates pairing assignment data representative of the association of the activated first hydraulic circuit with the physical exercise of the operation system of the implement. The logic generates directionality confirmation and calibration data that is communicated to the plurality of operation systems with the pairing assignment data.

A controller communicates with a user interface and sends a first signal to a first actuator to unlock a first lock, sends a second signal to move a first ground-engaging implement into a stowed position, sends a third signal to the first actuator to lock first lock to retain the first ground-engaging implement in the stowed position, sends a fourth signal to inhibit flow through a first hose with a flow blocking element, sends a fifth signal to a second actuator to unlock a second lock, sends a sixth signal to move a second ground-engaging implement into a deployed position, sends a seventh signal to the second actuator to lock the second lock to retain the second ground-engaging implement in the deployed position, and sends an eighth signal to a second flow blocking element to permit flow through a second hose around the flow blocking element.
