A circuit for a bi-directional DC-DC converter, a bi-directional DC-DC converter and a method for operating a bi-directional DC-DC converter are disclosed. The circuit comprises: a first input terminal and a second input terminal configured to receive a DC input; a DC output terminal; a first switch and a second switch; a first control interface configured to control the first switch to be switched on and off; a second control interface configured to control the second switch to be switched on and off; a first primary winding coupled in series with the first switch between the first input terminal and a common terminal; a second primary winding coupled in series with the second switch between the second input terminal and the common terminal; and a common secondary winding with one end coupled to the DC output terminal.

Circuit for bi-directional converter, bi-directional converter and operation method thereof

A dual active bridge circuit includes a primary side circuit including first high-side transistor and a first low-side transistor electrically coupled at a first node, and an energy transfer inductor coupled to the first node and configured to provide an inductor current based on a voltage differential across the energy transfer inductor. A secondary side circuit includes a second high-side transistor and a second low-side transistor electrically coupled at a second node. A transformer is configured to transfer energy from the primary side circuit to the secondary side circuit based on the inductor current. A controller is configured to drive each of the transistors between respective switching states with a same duty cycle to control the voltage differential across the energy transfer inductor. The same duty cycle is less than 50% such that all of the transistors are simultaneously off for a predetermined interval.

A driver device, a method for monitoring a driver device, and a power supply device are disclosed. The driver device includes a controller and a driver module. The driver module includes a voltage divider loop and a plurality of drivers. The voltage divider loop includes a pull-down resistor and one or more corresponding resistors connected to each of the plurality of drivers, where the pull-down resistor and the one or more corresponding resistors are coupled to a power supply via a first node, and the first node is coupled to the controller.

A DC-DC converter includes: a transformer; first and second switching circuits, each coupled to one of two sides of the transformer, respectively, and each including at least two switches; a first current detection module, coupled to one side of the transformer and detecting a current at the side; a first conversion module, coupled to an output of the first current detection module, and converting a signal of the current received from the output to a voltage signal; a first comparison module comparing the voltage signal received from the output with a reference voltage signal, and generating a first modulation signal based on the comparison result; and a first controller generating a first control signal which is used for at least one switch in the second switching circuit and based on the first modulation signal and a drive signal of at least one switch in the first switching circuit.

DC-DC converter, bidirectional DC-DC converter and control method

A CAN circuit structure and a vehicle diagnostic device are provided. The CAN circuit structure includes: a pair of data buses on which differential signals are transmitted; a CAN transceiver operating in a first voltage domain; a clamp circuit disposed between the CAN transceiver and the data buses for clamping a high level or a low level of the differential signals; a CAN controller operating in a second voltage domain; and a signal isolation circuit disposed between the CAN transceiver and the CAN controller for isolating the first voltage domain from the second voltage domain. The circuit allows for the use of a standard CAN transceiver chip that meets a general standard in a special CAN circuit structure, thus effectively reducing manufacturing costs of related devices.
