A power tool includes a motor, an output shaft, a tool main body and an adjustable lighting mechanism. The output shaft is connected to the motor. The tool main body includes an end face and a curved guiding slot. The curved guiding slot is near the end face. The adjustable lighting mechanism includes a housing, a swinging member and a lighting source. The housing is moveably mounted to the tool main body and guided by the curved guiding slots. The swinging member is connected to the housing and includes a pivot centerline. The lighting source is disposed at the housing and includes a lighting centerline. The housing can rotate outward from an output axis, such that the pivot centerline moves within a swinging range and the lighting centerline moves within a lighting range.

Power tool

A pneumatic tool includes a casing, a cylinder unit, a valve knob and a pneumatic sealing device. The casing has a main portion that has an inner surface defining a receiving space therein, and an outer surface opposite to the inner surface. The cylinder unit is mounted in the receiving space. The valve knob is disposed in the receiving space and is rotatably connected to the cylinder unit. The pneumatic sealing device includes a ring member that is ring-shaped and rigid, that surrounds and is connected to the valve knob, and that is clamped between the inner surface of the casing and the cylinder unit for keeping a distance between the casing and the cylinder unit constant.

Pneumatic tool and a pneumatic sealing device thereof

A pneumatic ratchet wrench includes a main body formed with a receiving chamber, a head unit, a driving unit and an air motor. The head unit defines a gas passage, and includes a ring portion and a frame portion. The ring portion includes an exit in spatial communication with the gas passage and opens toward the frame portion. The driving unit includes a driving head, and a transmission shaft mounted in the head unit. The air motor drives the transmission shaft and includes a cylinder and a rotor. The cylinder includes a venting hole allowing gas produced in the cylinder to pass through the venting hole and the gas passage and to exit from the exit to be blown toward the frame portion.

Pneumatic ratchet wrench and outer shell thereof

A pneumatic tool includes a main body unit, a control valve unit, a switch unit and a trigger unit. The main body unit has a flow path for guiding inflow of air. The control valve unit removably blocks the flow path. The switch unit includes a sleeve member movable between an open position where the control valve unit is driven to unblock the flow path, and a block position where the control valve unit is driven to block the flow path. The trigger unit includes a trigger member operable to move the sleeve member between the open position and the block position.

Pneumatic tool

A switching device for a pneumatic tool includes a valve member, a connecting member and an operating unit. The valve member is rotatable relative to the pneumatic tool between first and second positions. The connecting member is coupled to the valve member in a manner such that the connecting member drives the rotation of the valve member and that an assembly of the valve member and the connecting member is flexible, so as to establish an air-tight seal between the valve member and a pneumatic motor of the pneumatic tool. The operating unit is mounted on the pneumatic tool and coupled co-rotatably to the connecting member.

Air-tight switching device for use in a pneumatic tool

A pneumatic ratchet wrench includes a main body, an output unit, a driving unit, and a transmission unit. The main body has a handle section and a shrunk head section narrower than the handle section. The output unit includes a driving head for outputting a power. At least a major portion of the output unit is disposed within the shrunk head section. The driving unit is disposed within the main body for generating the power pneumatically. The transmission unit is disposed within the handle section for transmitting the power to the driving head.

A pneumatic tool includes a handle body, an output unit having a driving head, a driving unit for driving the output unit, and a switching unit operable to change the rotational direction of the driving head. The handle body includes: a surrounding wall having a top surface and an axial space that has a central axis and that is adapted to permit the driving unit to be mounted therein; a mounting unit disposed at the top surface of the surrounding wall and adapted to permit the switching unit to be mounted therein; and a through hole formed vertically through the surrounding wall and in spatial communication with the axial space, the through hole being adapted to permit the output unit to be mounted therein.

A ratchet wrench includes a direction switching device. The direction switching device includes two switching members for controlling the rotational direction of a gear, a resilient unit disposed among a body and the switching members for biasing the switching members away from the gear, and a ring unit disposed rotatably on the body. The ring unit includes a convex portion and a concave portion, and is operable to allow the convex portion and the concave portion to act on the switching members, so that one of the switching members comes into contact with the gear, while the other of the switching members is removed from the gear. When no external force is applied to the ring unit, the switching members are biased by the resilient unit to remove from the gear.

A motor assembly for a pneumatic tool includes: a motor cylinder coaxially secured in a tubular inner housing, which is coaxially secured in a tubular outer housing and has an inlet passage defining a longitudinal axis, including a valve seat, and defining forward and reverse passages that communicate with a motor chamber and extend through the valve seat, and an exhaust port that communicates with the motor chamber, and a throttle passage defined between the inner and outer housings; a motor rotor supported within the motor chamber and rotatable in a forward or reverse direction; and a rotary valve coaxially disposed in the inner housing, supported by the valve seat, and rotatable about the longitudinal axis between forward and reverse positions.

A pneumatic driven wrench comprises: a housing defining a middle channel; a cylinder defining two fluid passages; a rotor; a first valve; a second valve driven by a valve-switching member for controlling fluid communication between the middle channel and a selected one of the fluid passages; a valve-triggering unit for driving the first valve; and a locking member driven by the valve-triggering unit to move between releasing and locking positions. The locking member engages one of the valve-switching member and the second valve when at the locking position. The locking member is disengaged from the one of the valve-switching member and the second valve when at the releasing position.

Pneumatic driven wrench

A pneumatic impact tool includes a spindle extending along an X-axis, an output shaft extending along a Z-axis, and a spindle positioning device that includes a bushing and a stop pin. The bushing is threaded in a housing, and has a stop surface and a frustoconical outer surface. The stop surface obstructs the spindle from moving away from the output shaft. The frustoconical outer surface has opposite first and second ends. The first end is nearer to the X-axis and farther away from the Z-axis than the second end. The stop pin is disposed removably in the housing, and has an engaging surface abutting against the frustoconical outer surface, so as to prevent the bushing from moving in the housing in a direction away from the output shaft.

Pneumatic impact tool with a spindle positioning device

A pneumatic impact tool includes a housing, a power output unit, a transmission unit, and an oil seal assembly. The housing has first and second accommodating chambers, and first and second oil inlets in fluid communication with the first and second accommodating chambers, respectively, and permitting lubricating oil to be fed into the first and second accommodating chambers therethrough. The power output unit is centered at a Z-axis, and is disposed in the first accommodating chamber for power outputting. The transmission unit is centered at an X-axis, and is disposed in the second accommodating chamber for transmitting a power to the power output unit. The oil seal assembly prevents flow of the lubricating oil out of the first and second accommodating chambers.

Driving head assembly for a pneumatic ratchet wrench

A pneumatic driven ratchet wrench comprises: a wrench housing; a pneumatic motor; a ratchet wheel unit; two gear members; an urging member for biasing the gear members to engage the ratchet wheel; a transmission unit connected to the gear members and driven by the pneumatic motor; and a gear-selecting unit including an operating knob, a switching member and two pushing members. The operating knob is mounted on the wrench housing and is disposed distal from a head section of the wrench housing for driving movement of the pushing members. Each of the pushing members pushes a respective one of the gear members to move away from the ratchet wheel unit when moved from a releasing position to a pushing position.

Pneumatic driven ratchet wrench

A reciprocal switching structure of a ratchet wrench is provided and includes a case, a gear assembly, two gear racks, a reciprocal switching mechanism, and a transmission unit. The case has a first end and a second end, wherein the second end is adjacent to a gripping part of the ratchet wrench and is opposite to the first end. The gear assembly is pivotally disposed in the case. The two gear racks engage or disengage from the gear assembly reciprocally. The reciprocal switching mechanism is disposed in the case and includes two push rods and at least one reciprocal switching member. The transmission unit pivotally is disposed in the case, and is pivotally connected between the two gear racks for driving the two gear racks to be displaced.
