A blind spot detection system with speed detection function and device and method thereof are provided. The system is disposed on the rear portion of the vehicle, and includes a signal transceiving module and a central processing unit. The central processing unit includes a speed calculation module and an object detection module. The device includes a main body in which the signal transceiving module is disposed. A first signal is sent toward a detection area behind the vehicle for acquiring a second signal for blind spot detection. By calculation based on the second signal, a third signal is acquired for identifying the static and moving objects, and the relative speed between the vehicle and the static object is determined as the speed of the vehicle. Therefore, the blind spot detection system has a speed detection function.

The method includes following steps: vehicle condition identifying step, life form detecting step, and warning step. Upon receiving an engine off signal and a driver absence signal, the processor emits a detection activation signal, activating the electromagnetic wave detection module to emit an electromagnetic wave for detecting a life form. When the life form is detected, the warning module sends a warning signal, indicating that the life form is left in the vehicle when the vehicle is in the engine off status with the doors closed. Thus, the tragedy of a life form remaining inside the vehicle incapable of calling for help is avoided.

A tire pressure monitoring system and tire pressure detector setting apparatus for tractor-trailer are disclosed. The tractor-trailer has a tractor and a trailer having a plurality of wheels, respectively. The tire pressure monitoring system includes a plurality of tire pressure detectors and a monitoring device. The tire pressure detectors are disposed on each of the wheels, detecting the tire pressure status of each wheel and generating a tire pressure information. Each tire pressure detector has a wheel code corresponding to one of the wheels, respectively. The monitoring device is disposed on the tractor for receiving the tire pressure information and the wheel codes of the corresponding tire pressure detector. When the tire pressure information and the wheel code are transmitted to the monitoring device, the monitoring device accurately monitors the tire pressure status of each wheel.

A school bus radar system includes a main unit mounted in the school bus, and two radars protrudingly arranged on the bus body of the school bus in a tilted manner and respectively electrically connected to the main unit. When the main unit is switched to a monitoring mode, the main unit generates a radar activation signal to activate the radars in generating a signal, making the signals generated by the monitoring sources of the radars form an intersection network. The monitoring source of each radar defines a normal line. Accordingly, the intersection type three-dimensional spatial monitoring network of the radar system of the present invention is proposed for individual warnings to facilitate the driver making good judgments or stopping the running school bus in an emergency.

The calculation module, according to the surveillance image, acquires an image angle of an object with respect to the vehicle in the surveillance area. Also, the calculation module acquires a radar angle of the object with respect to the vehicle which is produced according to a reflection signal generated when the radar signal meets the object. The angle calibration module, by referring to the image angle, correspondingly calibrates the radar angle. Therefore, the radar angle is immediately calibrated.

An emission surface of the radar sensor faces the first outer wall surface of the casing. The dustproofing element has two opposing dustproofing surfaces. Therefore, the vehicular radar device effectively precludes influences of ambient dust on performance of the radar sensor, so as to enhance sensing sensitivity of the radar sensor and extend its service life.
