A bone anchor includes a flexible strand defining a first adjustable loop and a friction knot coupled to a proximal end of the first adjustable loop. The friction knot is configured to allow adjustment of the first adjustable loop in a first configuration and is configured to prevent adjustment of the first adjustable loop in a second configuration. A knot capsule includes a body defining an internal knot cavity. The friction knot and a portion of the first adjustable loop are positioned within the internal knot cavity. The internal knot cavity defines one or more impingement surfaces configured to maintain the friction knot in a fixed position within the internal knot cavity when the friction knot is in the second configuration.

Knotless syndesmosis system

A flexible heat pipe for use with evaporator and condenser elements for removing heat from electronic components. The flexible heat pipe includes a bellows member fixed at one end to a condenser member and at an opposite end to an evaporator member. A cable artery is disposed within the bellows and is fixed at one end to the evaporator, and slidingly engages the condenser at the opposite end. The bellows acts as a flexible vapor envelope, and the cable artery acts as a flexible wick for directing condensed working fluid from the condenser back to the evaporator. The sliding connection between the cable artery and the condenser allows relative axial movement, and the inherent flexibility of the cable artery allows relative lateral movement. Thus, the condenser and evaporator can move in all directions with respect to each other, which can provide desired vibration isolation of the two components.

A beverage brewing press is provided that includes a brewing vessel defining a chamber having an axis and that is supported by a housing. Positioned within the brewing vessel is a fixed partition and a partition that is movable about the axis relative to the fixed partition. The movable partition includes at least one porous receptacle that encloses a brewable material.
