A grounding brush assembly includes a grounding brush with a plurality of conductive fibers and a mounting plate. The mounting plate includes a radial main body, a plurality of retaining tongues extending from the main body for axially and radially retaining the brush, and either a plurality of centering tabs or an annular centering flange extending from the main body and at least locally surrounding the grounding brush while remaining radially separated therefrom. The centering tabs or flange have/has an outer surface defining the outer diameter of the mounting plate. The mounting plate further includes at least one mounting tongue which protrudes outwardly with respect to the outer surface of the centering means and which is flexible in the radial direction.

Grounding brush assembly

A grounding brush assembly includes a grounding brush and a mounting plate. The mounting plate includes a radial main body and a plurality of tongues for axially and radially retaining the brush, the tongues extending from the main body and being spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction. The mounting plate further includes a plurality of centering tabs which extend from the main body and are offset radially outwardly at least partially with respect to the tongues.

A pulley device for a tensioner roller or winding roller of a transmission element, providing a pulley, and a bearing. The bearing includes a rotating outer ring mounted to the pulley, a fixed inner ring, and at least one row of rolling elements arranged between the rings. The inner ring of the bearing has at least one end portion protruding axially with respect to the outer ring. The pulley is provided with at least one pulley element that is C-shaped in axial section. One of the at least one pulley elements is provided with a lateral portion extending substantially radially to pass into the immediate vicinity of an outer surface of the axially protruding end portion of the inner ring.

Pulley device for a tensioner roller or winding roller

A clutch thrust bearing device includes a rolling bearing having a fixed ring, a rotatable ring, and a plurality of rolling elements between the rings; an axially movable piston disposed between a housing and the rolling bearing and having a radial plate pressing against an axial contact surface of the fixed ring; at least one resilient seal member sealing the piston relative to the housing; and a resilient body exerting an axial preload onto an axial contact surface of the rotatable ring. The rolling bearing is axially movable by the piston to compress the resilient body. A resilient sleeve is mounted to the fixed ring and has at least one sealing lip in sliding contact with the rotatable ring.

Sealed clutch thrust bearing device and driveline system including such a device

A rolling bearing providing a first ring and a second ring in relative rotation one each other, and at least one row of rolling elements being arranged between the said rings. At least one the rings is made by metal injection molding process including the successive steps of mixing a metal powder with a thermoplastic binder, forming a part by injection of the mixed powder in a closed die, debinding such a formed part in a furnace, sintering to densify the part, and quenching to set a ring hardness, to improve wear resistance and fatigue life.

A clutch thrust bearing device including a rolling bearing, an axially movable piston having a radial plate, and a resilient biasing member. At least one between the inner and the outer peripheries of the radial plate of the axially movable piston is provided with a bearing sealing element of resilient material having at least one sealing lip in sliding contact with the rotatable ring of rolling bearing.

A pulley device for a tensioner roller or winding roller for a transmission element, providing a bearing and a pulley. The pulley including two pulley elements that are C-shaped in axial section. At least one of the pulley elements has an axial through-opening, the other pulley element providing an axially protruding portion housed in the opening, a collar being formed by deformation of the protruding portion in order to provide axial retention with the opening. The at least one through-opening is provided at its periphery with at least one recessed zone formed in a substantially radially set-back manner with respect to the protrusion, which passes through the opening.

The pulley device for a tensioner roller or an idler roller of a transmission element having a pulley and a bearing. The bearing is provided with a rotating external ring mounted to the pulley, and with a fixed internal ring, a radial space being defined between the rings, with rear sealing means and front sealing means closing the radial space on each axial side, and with at least one row of rotating elements arranged in the radial space. The fixed internal ring is provided on its rear side with a circumferential groove for collecting pollution which is machined on an external surface of the ring, the circumferential groove being offset axially in relation to the rear sealing means outside the radial space.

Pulley device for a tensioner roller or idler roller

A bearing assembly including a chamber provided with a rolling bearing supporting a rotary shaft with respect to a fixed housing. The rolling bearing has a first ring and a second ring in relative rotation one each other, at least one row of rolling elements being arranged between the rings. The chamber having Ethanol in liquid and/or gaseous state. The rings are coated with diamond-like carbon (DLC) material.

The ball bearing comprises a fixed inner ring able to bear against an axially movable piston, a rotatable outer ring, and one series of balls between the rings. A rotating bearing assembly having a stationary housing, a rotating shaft, and a rolling bearing radially arranged between the stationary housing and a shaft end of the rotating shaft. The rolling bearing provides a seal that includes a stiffening insert and a sealing gasket disposed between the inner ring and the outer ring on an axial side of rolling bearing. The rolling bearing is open on the opposite axial direction to the shaft end. A cage includes an annular heel oriented towards the axial side of the shaft end, two circumferentially adjacent pockets being separated by a projected portion that axially extends from the heel towards the open axial side of rolling bearing.

Rotating bearing assembly, in particular for a camshaft

The cam follower roller device provides a tappet body, a pin mounted into the tappet body, and a roller mounted on the pin and provided with an outer surface and with end faces, axially delimiting the outer surface. At least one lubricant supply through-hole is formed into the thickness of the tappet body and locally faces an edge of the roller delimited between the outer surface and one of the end faces.

A ball bearing includes a fixed inner ring able to bear against an axially movable piston, a rotatable outer ring, and one series of balls between the fixed inner ring and the rotatable outer ring. The rotatable outer ring also includes a folded portion able to bear against a resilient biasing member. The ball bearing can be integrated into a clutch thrust bearing device. The clutch thrust bearing device can be integrated into a driveline system. The driveline system can be included in an all-wheel drive driveline system of a motor vehicle.
