Described herein is an LED module () comprising a PCBA () having an array of LED elements, a secondary lens array () and a lens holder (). The secondary lens array () has a peripheral lip () and a plurality of boss portions () which are compressed between the lens holder () and the PCBA () to form water-tight gaskets. The secondary lens array () also forms gaskets around wires connecting with terminal blocks on the PCBA () and effectively seals with a base plate () on which the PCBA () is mounted.
