The present invention relates to i-benzylindole-2-carboxamide derivatives of formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising said 1-benzylindole-2-carboxamide derivatives and to their use in therapy, particularly for the treatment of obesity or nicotine dependence.

 The present invention relates to spiro[2H-1-benzopyran-2,4'-piperidine] derivatives having general formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising said derivatives, as well as to the use of these spiro[2H-1-benzopyran-2,4&#x2032;-piperidine] derivatives in therapy, more specifically for the treatment of CNS disorders.
