This tray includes spaced apart openings arranged in parallel rows, intended to receive the bodies of the elongated objects, and projections making it possible to place the flanges of the elongated objects inserted in these openings in a determined angular position on the tray when the bodies of these elongated objects are engaged in these openings. According to the invention: said projections are arranged so as to place the length of said flanges in a determined angular position with respect to the rows of openings, and the openings of a first row of openings are arranged with respect to a second row of openings adjacent to said first row, such that after installation of the elongated objects on the tray, the flanges of the objects inserted in the openings of said the first row imbricates with the flanges of the objects inserted in the openings of said second row, i.e. each flange of an object of said the first row is positioned in a space existing between the two adjacent flanges of the objects of said second row, in the immediate vicinity of these two flanges.

The present invention relates to an injection assistance device including a body with a needle, grasping arrangement and first elastic return arrangement to dampen limited movement of the grasping arrangement, in at least one of the two directions, respectively distal or proximal, during an injection phase, and to maintain the body in its insertion position and the needle at a constant insertion length during the injection step, when the user increases, respectively releases, a distal pressure on the grasping arrangement. The invention also relates to an injection set including an injection device and the assistance device.

The present invention relates to a device for automatic injection including a container, a piston and a piston rod coupled to the piston during the injection. A biasing element is provided for causing distal movement of the piston rod with respect to the container, with a housing receiving the container, the piston rod and the biasing element. The shield system includes a syringe holder and a shield telescopically received in the holder and slidably coupled to the holder. A spring resiliently urges the shield from a retracted position to an extended position. Stop members are provided adjacent the distal end of the holder and the proximal end of the shield for maintaining the shield in the retracted position. The syringe is slidably coupled to the holder, and extends within the shield. Axial movement of the syringe with respect to the holder causes disengagement of the stop members, allowing the spring to move the shield to the extended position. Detents are provided on the holder for maintaining the shield in the extended position.
