A multi-scored corrugated corner element including at least some of a portion of material; a first score mark that provides a line or portion along which the corrugated corner element may be manipulated; a second score mark formed at a spaced apart location from the first score mark that provides a line or portion along which the corrugated corner element may be manipulated; a first corner element leg extending from the first score mark to the second score mark and having one or more alternating ridges and grooves; a second corner element leg extending from the first score mark to the second corner element end and having one or more alternating ridges and grooves; and a third corner element leg extending from the second score mark to the first corner element end and having one or more alternating ridges and grooves.

Hourglass shaped packaging element

A carton divider, including at least some of an elongate body; one or more adjacent semicylindrical portions, each including a sidewall that extends between opposing terminating sidewall ends to a vertex; an intermediate recurve portion that joins the terminating sidewall ends of adjacent semicylindrical portions; a first outer recurve portion extending along the terminating sidewall end of an outermost one of the semicylindrical portions; a second outer recurve portion extending along the terminating sidewall end of one other outermost one of the semicylindrical portions; at least one semicylinder slot, wherein portions of the first outer recurve portion, the second outer recurve portion, and the intermediate recurve portions proximate the semicylinder slot form recurve hinge portions; and at least one sidewall slot, wherein portions of each of the sidewalls proximate each the vertex forms a sidewall hinge portion. The carton divider can be folded to provide substantially cylindrical cavities.

An integrally formed trilobular packaging element, including at least some of an integrally formed sheet having one or more alternating ridges and grooves, formed along a continuous outer wall of the sheet; a first extension portion defined along a portion of the sheet; a central portion defined along a portion of the sheet, extending from the first extension portion; a second extension portion, defined along a portion of the sheet, extending from the central portion to the first extension portion, wherein a vertex of a first lobe is defined between the first extension portion and the central portion, wherein a vertex of a second lobe is defined between the central portion and the second extension portion, and wherein a vertex of a third lobe is defined between the second extension portion and the first extension portion; and a deformable hollow defined within at least a portion of the sheet.

Integrally formed trilobular packaging element

A corrugated offset corner element including at least some of a portion of material extending from a first terminal end to a second terminal end; a first corner element leg having one or more alternating ridges and grooves; a second corner element leg, extending from the first corner element leg, the second corner element leg having one or more alternating ridges and grooves, the second corner element leg having a length that is greater than a length of said first corner element leg; and a score mark formed in the portion of material, extending from an area proximate the first terminal end to an area proximate the second terminal end, wherein the score mark provides a line or portion along which the corrugated offset corner element may be bent or folded.

Corrugated offset corner elements

A trilobular packaging element, including at least some of a sheet extending from a first terminal end to a second terminal end and including one or more alternating ridges and grooves, wherein the length of the sheet is defined between a terminating proximal end and a terminating distal end; a first extension portion defined along a portion of the sheet; a central portion defined along a portion of the sheet, extending from the first extension portion; and a second extension portion defined along a portion of the sheet, extending from the central portion to the terminating distal end, wherein the sheet is formed to be bent or folded between the first extension portion and the central portion and between the central portion and the second extension portion such that a portion of the second extension portion overlaps a portion the first extension portion to form a deformable hollow.

Trilobular packaging element

A foldable corrugated corner element including at least some of a portion of material extending from a first terminal end to a second terminal end; a first corner element leg and a second corner element leg, each having one or more alternating ridges and grooves, wherein the second corner element leg extends from the first corner element leg; a notch formed in at least a portion of the first corner element leg, defined by converging sidewalls, wherein the notch allows the second corner element leg to be folded; and one or more apertures formed through a portion of the second corner element leg, wherein if the second corner element leg is folded, the apertures expand and hinges defined between adjacent apertures provide continuity for a portion of the second corner element leg.

Foldable corrugated corner elements

An hourglass shaped packaging element, including at least some of a sheet that includes one or more alternating ridges and grooves formed between a terminating proximal end and a terminating distal end of the sheet; a first sheet portion defined along a portion of the sheet, wherein the first sheet portion extends from the terminating proximal end of the sheet; and a second sheet portion, defined along a portion of the sheet, wherein the second sheet portion extends from the first sheet portion to the terminating distal end, wherein the sheet is bent or folded between the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion such that a portion of the sheet proximate the terminating distal end overlays a portion of the sheet proximate the terminating proximal end to form a deformable hollow defined within at least a portion of the sheet.

A bifurcated trilobular packaging element, including at least some of first sheet portion extending from a first terminal end to a second terminal end and one or more alternating ridges and grooves formed therein, wherein the first sheet portion is bent or folded between the terminating proximal end and the terminating distal end to form an apex; a second sheet portion that is a substantial mirror image of the first sheet portion; wherein at least a portion of the first sheet portion overlaps at least a portion of the second sheet portion; and wherein at least a portion of the second sheet portion overlaps at least a portion of the first sheet portion to form a deformable hollow defined within at least a portion of inner walls of the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion.

Bifurcated trilobular packaging element

A structural packaging element with locating stem, including at least some of a sheet that extends from a first terminal end to a second terminal end, wherein the sheet is curvilinear along at least a portion of a length of the sheet, wherein the length of the sheet is defined between a terminating proximal end and a terminating distal end, and wherein the sheet includes a body portion and a locating stem portion; wherein the body portion is formed by an end portion of the sheet proximate the terminating distal end attached or coupled to an end portion of the sheet proximate the terminating proximal end, and wherein a deformable hollow is defined within the body portion; and wherein the locating stem portion is formed of a portion of the sheet that extends from the body portion to the terminating proximal end and the terminating distal end.
