An process analysis computing system receives input data that identifies a subject-matter expert (SME) process, such as an SME process that requires detailed information regarding a very large quantity of information about the SME process. In the process analysis computing system, a scenario selection engine extracts process factors and user factors from the input data. Based on the process factors and user factors, the scenario selection engine determines initial schedule data describing event stages and milestone stages included in the SME process, and also generates user-specific process schedule data based on a modification of the initial schedule data. A user-specific execution engine in the process analysis computing system receives the user-specific process schedule data. Based on a milestone stage dependency in the user-specific process schedule data, the process analysis computing system controls access to a requested resource associated with the SME process.

Process modeling techniques for providing user-specific process schedule data

Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media utilized for event-based authentication. One method includes recognizing an event and receiving, from a device, a withdrawal request of a user, wherein the withdrawal request includes a captured feature by the device. The method further includes determining that the user is associated with the recognized event using at least a geographic proximity between the event and the withdrawal request, wherein the geographic proximity is a given radius around a location of the event, and wherein the device is within the given radius and adjusting authentication rules based on the determination that the user is associated with the recognized event, wherein the adjustment of the authentication rules includes adjusting a matching threshold between the captured feature and a reference feature. The method further includes processing the withdrawal request for the user based on the adjusted authentication rules.

Event-based authentication

A system includes at least one hardware processor in communication with a gaming device and a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one hardware processor, cause the at least one hardware processor to perform operations including receiving suspect gaming behavior data associated with a suspect user playing a computer game on the gaming device, comparing the suspect gaming behavior data to a user gaming behavior profile associated with another user, the user gaming behavior profile includes at least one component of behavior associated with the other user and the computer game representing a pattern of conduct of the other user, and based on the comparing, authenticating the suspect user for access to a target system as the other user.

Utilizing gaming behavior in user authentication

A system includes at least one hardware processor in communication with a user computing device associated with a user and a memory storing instructions. When executed by the at least one hardware processor, the instructions cause the at least one hardware processor to perform operations including receiving gaming behavior data associated with the user playing a computer game on the user computing device, the gaming behavior data includes one or more of session-based behavior data, game-selection behavior data, and ancillary gaming behavior data, determining a first trait of the user based on the gaming behavior data, and automatically computing a financial risk factor associated with the user based on the determined first trait.

Utilizing gaming behavior to evaluate player traits

Methods and systems of authenticating a user based on an event, such as a natural disaster, a gathering of people, and mass activities of people. The method comprises recognizing, by a financial institution computing system, an event; receiving, by the financial institution computing system, a transaction request of a user; determining, by the financial institution computing system, that the user is associated with the recognized event; adjusting, by the financial institution computing system, authentication rules for the user; and processing, by the financial institution computing system, the transaction request for the user based on the adjusted authentication rules.

Event based authentication

Sessions may be monitored for commonalities or other attributes or aspects and closed, terminated, or a freeze placed on additional sessions from being initiated. A security score may be provided which is indicative of how secure a user is with respect to one or more ways the user interacts with a resource. One or more suggested actions or score improvement strategies may be suggested to facilitate improvement of a security score for a user. The security score may be used to affect business decisions made by an institution or financial entity.
