Disclosed are an electronic cigarette and methods for controlling the power to the electronic cigarette which provides various modes of operation, including both regulated and no-regulated mode. The method is implemented m the form of an electronic power control program that controls the constituent parts of the electronic cigarette, including the battery, atomizer, heating element, smoke liquid or juice, and related circuitry.

An electronic cigarette ('e-Cig') may include an adapter component for connecting a battery portion of the e-Cig with the cartridge. The adapter may be configured to utilize a bonding device, such as a ring, cylinder, or sleeve component, for connecting wires without requiring soldering. The bonding device may press a wire at a contact point against a conductive material for transmission of electrical power.

A cartomizer assembly of an electronic cigarette which is formed from automated assembly compatible parts comprises a container assembly including a container and a heater coil surrounding a wick in an airflow space of the container. The entire coil of the heater coil is inside the container and the heater coil is configured to heat liquid on the wick to generate an aerosol mist during a vaporization process. A liquid storage space is in liquid communication with the wick and is operable to supply liquid to the wick. The heater, the wick, and the container are shaped such that the heater and wick can be dropped into the container during automated assembly thereof and be directed to and located at a desired location in the container.

Disclosed are various embodiments of an electronic hookah. In some embodiments, the electronic hookah comprises a body, a power supply, and one or more smoking units having a smoking device, a connection socket, a tube, an air flow switch, and a power connector. The tube is disposed between the connection socket and the air flow switch, and the smoking device is releasably attached to the connection socket. Further, the power supply provides power to the connection socket over the power connector, and the connection socket provides power to the smoking device to produce smoke or vapor. The smoking device may comprise an atomizer and smoke juice containing flavorings, coloring agents, nicotine, and/or a vaporizing base.
