A display device can include a substrate having a light emitting area and a non-light emitting area; an anode electrode disposed in the light emitting area; a metal layer disposed in the non-light emitting area and connected to a first driving power; an auxiliary electrode disposed on the metal layer and including at least one electrode hole exposing the metal layer; a bank disposed on an edge region of the anode electrode and an edge region of the auxiliary electrode; a light emitting layer disposed on a region of the anode electrode exposed by the bank; an electron transport layer disposed on the light emitting layer and the auxiliary electrode; and a cathode electrode disposed on the electron transport layer, in which the electron transport layer is in direct contact with the metal layer through the at least one electrode hole.

Display device and manufacturing method thereof

The present disclosure provided an organic light-emitting display device comprising: a substrate where a first direction and a second direction intersecting each other are defined, the substrate on which sub-pixels arranged along the first direction and the second direction; first electrodes of organic light-emitting diodes allocated respectively to the sub-pixels; a first bank having first openings exposing the first electrodes; and a second bank having second openings exposing the first electrode on the first bank, wherein in at least one region, the second opening simultaneously exposes at least two first electrodes neighboring in the third direction.

A display device including a substrate in which pixel groups each composed of two or more pixels adjacent in a column direction are arranged; a circuit element layer in which driving transistors driving the pixels are arranged; electrodes placed on the circuit element layer, and electrically connected to the driving transistors through via holes, respectively; a bank surrounding each of the pixel groups, and placed to cover at least a part of an edge of the electrodes; and emission layers formed within areas surrounded by the bank, wherein the pixel groups are arranged in a zigzag shape with respect to a row direction.
