A cleaning blade lubricant including an acicular shape lubricant is provided. The cleaning blade lubricant is applied to a cleaning blade of an electrophotographic printing device for improving the cleaning performance of a cleaning blade of an electrophotographic printing device.

Single component developer composition

Non-magnetic single component emulsion/aggregation toner composition

Single component toners are provided with at least one surface additive including a large polymeric spacer, and processes for producing the same. In embodiments, the toner is a non-magnetic single component toner produced by emulsion aggregation methods. The large polymeric spacer additives provide excellent flow characteristics to the resulting toners, and reduce the incidence of clogging failure and print defects such as ghosting, white bands, and low toner density compared with conventionally produced toners.

The present disclosure provides emulsion aggregation (EA) toner particles having less pigment on the particle surface and a more uniform pigment distribution. The process of preparing the toner includes specific mixing speeds and use of specific temperatures during the emulsion aggregation process and the addition of a shell to the toner particles.

The inner anti-curl backing layer, in turn, includes one or more carbon nanotubes disposed therein, together with an exposed backing layer surface. An image forming device includes the imaging belt. The image forming device is arranged to conductively couple the backing layer surface to an included ground source by means of one or more included conducting backer bars, one or more included grounding brushes, or any combination of included conducting backer bars and grounding brushes.
