An integrated antenna element includes a top PCB and a bottom PCB arranged in a laminate structure. Radiating surface units are arranged between the top PCB and the bottom PCB. A first balun and a second balun set separately set on the top and bottom PCBs respectively, each for different polarization. The integrated antenna element is capable of transmitting signals to a base station and receiving signals from a base station.

An integrated antenna unit includes an integrated radiating element; a reflect board beneath the integrated radiating element without a direct contact therebetween; and an RF component device for processing signal of interest for a radio unit. The RF component device is placed beneath the integrated radiating element and on the reflecting board, and serves a support of a fixture structure of the radiating element to the reflecting board; whereby a space between the radiating element and the reflecting board can be efficiently used for the RF component device.

A filter feeding network, including a dielectric substrate, where a surface of the dielectric substrate's one side is provided a microstrip line, and a surface of the dielectric substrate's other side is provided with a metal ground; the microstrip line includes first and second power division circuits, and first and second filter circuits; an input and output end of the first filter circuit are respectively connected to the first power division circuit's input and output end correspondingly, the second filter circuit's input and output end are respectively connected to the second power division circuit's input and output end correspondingly, and the input end of the first filter circuit and second filter circuit are in conduction with the metal ground; and first and second power division circuit's output end feeds at least two array antenna units for &#x2212;45&#xb0; polarization and +45&#xb0; polarization respectively.

An antenna-unit () for at least dual-FDD bands includes a first combiner () splitting its input () into at least two outputs (). Each output () operates in at least two narrow-bands from two different FDD systems, and is respectively connected to a second and third combiners (). The second and third combiners () are respectively connected with a first RF circuit () enabling separation of two different FDD channels in an inverted Transmitter/Receiver fashion. Antenna unit, multi-array antenna system and base station thereof

An integrated antenna unit where two dual-polarized radiating elements are connected on a PCB serving reflecting board as well as a filter lid of two-band pass filters. Each of two band-pass filter is connected directly to a two-way power splitter serving connection of same polarization from the two radiating elements. Two walls running parallel are extending at the band-pass filter edges to support the cavity of the filters and at same time serving as reflecting walls enabling to control the 3 dB azimuth beam generated by the radiating elements. Next, a multi-array antenna by collocating multiple arrays of the integrated antenna units.
