Provided are systems for ensemble learning with machine learning models that include a processor to receive a training dataset of a plurality of data instances, wherein each data instance comprises a time series of data points, add an amount of time delay to one or more data instances to provide an augmented training dataset, select a first plurality of supervised machine learning models, select a second plurality of unsupervised machine learning models, train the first plurality of supervised machine learning models and the second plurality of unsupervised machine learning models based on the augmented training dataset, generate an ensemble machine learning model based on outputs of the supervised machine learning models and unsupervised machine learning models, and generate a runtime output of the ensemble machine learning model based on a runtime input to the ensemble machine learning model. In some embodiments, a method includes receiving, from a user of a user device, a request for an authorization-by-proxy payment on delivery (POD); requesting, at the user device, the user identify an authorized proxy for the authorization-by-proxy POD; generating an authorization-by-proxy code based upon buyer-controlled payment control parameters; and using the buyer-controlled payment parameters to control processing of a payment for the authorization-by-proxy POD. In some embodiments, the method further includes pre-authorizing, at shipment time of merchandise associated with the authorization-by-proxy POD, a hold on a monetary amount associated with an order of the merchandise associated with the authorization-by-proxy POD.

System and method for implementing enhanced payment on delivery

Some embodiments of the present invention relate to systems and methods for estimating validation time that use an estimation of the amount of data fulfilling a rule or a set of rules. This estimation method may be more accurate because it considers how much data will match the rule versus how much data can be discarded. The disclosed systems and methods give visibility into how much time a rule set validation will take and how long the computer system will be unavailable due to the rule set being evaluated. This allows users to make better decisions about whether and when a rule set should be evaluated, and/or whether and how to modify implementation of the rule set.

A server for delivering advertisements to mobile devices includes an application programming interface executable by a processor and configured to: receive an ad call over a network from an application of a mobile device to deliver an advertisement to an ad position on a small screen thereof, the ad position located at a fixed location of the application, the fixed location having a fixed height and a fixed width as viewed by a user of the mobile device throughout use of the application; detect the ad position, including the fixed height and width of the ad position within the fixed location; retrieve from the storage memory an advertisement having an ad format best matching the fixed height and the fixed width for filling the ad call at the fixed location; and deliver the advertisement to the mobile device for display in the ad position during the execution of the application.

Advertisements on mobile devices using integrations with mobile applications

A method for delivering advertisements to mobile devices includes integrating an ad position within an application executable from a mobile device, wherein the ad position remains substantially constant in a location on a screen of the mobile device as viewed by a user throughout use of the application; including an ad call associated with the ad position; in response to executing the application, causing the ad call to retrieve an advertisement from an ad server; and receiving the advertisement into the ad position by the mobile device for display to the user.

A system and method are disclosed for rotating an advertisement on a single page or screen. The advertisement may be rotated when the user is active on the page or screen. In addition, the advertisement that replaces the original ad may be based on the user's activity, or may be based on the content displayed in the page or screen. This system and method may increase advertising inventory that is displayed on a page or screen by displaying advertisements for a set time interval, which results in increased flexibility for sellers and buyers of online advertising.
