A method is for calibrating a pivot angle sensor of a hydraulic machine of a propulsion or working machine. A control device is configured to operationally control the hydraulic machine. The control device is also configured to process a sensor signal from the pivot angle sensor. The pivot angle sensor is calibrated, preferably in an automated manner, via the control device.

A method for controlling a drive, which has a first hydraulic machine coupled to a drive machine and a second hydraulic machine coupled to an output to change one of the hydraulic machines from a pump operation to a motor operation and the other of the hydraulic machines from a motor operation to a pump operation includes controlling the pivoting angle of the other hydraulic machine so that the pivoting angle goes from a positive start pivoting angle to a negative target pivoting angle or from a negative start pivoting angle to a positive target pivoting angle. The control of the pivoting angle of the other hydraulic machine between the start pivoting angle and the target pivoting angle is limited such that the pivoting speed of the pivoting angle of the second hydraulic machine does not exceed a predefined value.

Method for controlling a hydrostatic drive

A hydrostatic traction drive includes a hydrostatic pump and a hydrostatic motor connected to each other in an open circuit. One of the pump and motor is pressure-regulated while the other is torque-controlled or regulated in terms of pivot angle. A braking mode is therefore possible in which the secondary-side braking torque can be adapted to the permissible primary-side supporting torque of a primary machine coupled to the pump. To further increase the braking power, even in a high rotational phase of the primary machine, the permissible drag torque thereof can be temporarily exceeded. To further increase the braking power and therefore to have high-performance braking during operation, further means for converting energy can be provided in order to adjust a secondary-side braking torque and a primary-side supporting torque independently of each other.

Hydrostatic traction drive in an open circuit

A hydraulic pressurizing medium supply assembly has an adjustable axial piston machine. An actuating cylinder is controlled by way of a pilot valve. The pilot valve is actuated by a control installation. The control installation, as input variables, has an actual pressure and/or an actual swivel angle of the adjustable axial piston machine. One or a plurality of the input variables are compared with a matching nominal value and a control value is emitted, or in each case a control value is emitted. The controlling of the input variables is part of a first closed-loop control circuit. An underlying second closed-loop control circuit has an input variable which is based on the control variable or the control variables and serves as a nominal variable. A further input variable of the second closed-loop control circuit is an actual delivery-volume adjustment rate of the axial piston machine.

Hydraulic pressurizing medium supply assembly for a mobile work machine, and method

A hydraulic pressurizing medium supply assembly having a hydro machine for supplying pressurizing medium of at least one hydraulic consumer, includes a hydraulic control block for controlling the at least one consumer, a first control module, and a second control module. The control block, by way of the first control module, is able to be controlled by at least one actuating signal. A data interface is included between the control modules. The first control module, by way of the data interface, as a further actuating signal transfers to the second control module as input variable/variables a nominal outlet pressure for the hydro machine and/or a nominal delivery volume for the hydro machine. The second control module by way of the nominal outlet pressure and/or by way of the nominal delivery volume controls an adjusting mechanism of the hydro machine by way of a valve actuating signal.
