A liquid chromatograph includes: a liquid meter that measures a liquid amount of a mobile phase stored in one or more mobile phase containers; and a notification unit that notifies an operator of the liquid amount of the mobile phase in each of the one or more mobile phase containers measured by the liquid meter. According to such a liquid chromatograph, when the operator replenishes the mobile phase to the mobile phase container, it is not necessary to visually measure the liquid amount of the mobile phase or manually input the value to the control device, so that it is possible to reduce the workload of the operator regarding the liquid amount management of the mobile phase.

Liquid chromatograph

A liquid chromatography separation system includes a separator, a collector, a switch valve and a collection controller. The collector has at least one sample loop and connects the sample loop to a position farther downstream than the separator and collect an eluate including a desired sample component among sample components obtained by separation in the separator in the sample loop. The switch valve switches between a state in which the separator is connected the sample loop and a state in which the separator is not connected to the sample loop. The collection controller is configured to control an operation of switching the switch valve and collect a predetermined amount, which is equal to or smaller than a volume of the sample loop, of an eluate including a desired sample component obtained by separation in the separator in the sample loop from a peak-beginning point of the sample component.

Liquid chromatography separation system

The liquid chromatograph is provided with: a first dimension analysis unit; a diluent determination unit configured to determine the composition and flow rate of a diluent for diluting an eluent flowing out of the first dimension analysis unit based on the composition of the eluent flowing from the first dimension analysis unit; and a diluent liquid delivery unit configured to deliver the diluent of the composition determined by the diluent determination unit at the flow rate determined by the diluent determination unit so as to be delivered to the trap column while diluting the eluent flowing from the first dimension analysis unit.
