With the system and method of the present invention, dynamic following of sets of magnetic belts during the cutting procedure is implemented, thereby accelerating the processing pace, and further improving the throughput.

Method and system for enabling synchronous sheet transfer to follow laser cutting dynamically

Provided are a method and a system for enabling magnetic belts to follow laser-cutting dynamically to achieve flexible designs and facilitating processing. The system comprises: a processing station; two sets of magnetic belts arranged respectively on a feeding side and a discharging side of the processing station, with each magnetic belt of the sets being able to be stretched and retracted and the distance between magnetic belts being adjustable; a laser-cutting unit provided at the processing station; a feeding robot and a tooling arranged on an outer side of the set of magnetic belts on the feeding side, with a pile of blocks being arranged on the rear side of the tooling and a block edge measuring device being installed at the tooling; a discharging robot and a tooling arranged on an outer side of the set of magnetic belts on the discharging side, with a pile of sheets being arranged on the rear side of the tooling; a scrap conveyor device arranged on the rear side of the processing station perpendicular to the feeding direction; a dust treating device and a real-time measurement device for the cutting of the blocks provided at the processing station; a position detecting device for the sheets in front of the pile of sheets and a transfer location arranged at the position of the set of magnetic belts on the discharging side outside the processing station; and a cutting control system.

Method and system for dynamically following laser cutting with magnetic belt

An uncoiling, blanking and forming method includes the steps of: 1) uncoiling a steel coil, wherein a steel strip uncoiled from the steel coil is cleaned and straightened and is fed by a pinch roller to a blanking region; 2) laser blanking, wherein the steel coil enters the blanking region, is cut by a laser cutting head by way of laser blanking to form sheets with a required shape, with waste materials falling down and being conveyed to the outside; 3) outputting the sheets, wherein the sheets pass over a magnetic telescopic belt conveyor, and then carried by means of a manipulator or a robot to a stamping process; 4) stamping forming, wherein the sheets are stamped to form workpieces; and 5) checking, wherein the workpieces are checked and put in storage. The present invention can achieve joining-up in series of a blanking line and a stamping forming line and realize matching therebetween, and can reduce intermediate steps such as stacking, packing, transportation, positioning, unpacking, carrying, and centring of sheets and stamping-formed workpieces, and also can reduce the room required for transfer, simplify the work flow and joins up procedures in series, to directly machine a material coil by laser blanking to form formed parts.

Uncoiling, blanking and forming method

An uncoiling and blanking method includes uncoiling a coiled strip, straightening, cutting off the leading end, moving into a looper, moving out of the looper, then cleaning the surface of the coiled strip, and flattening; conveying the coiled strip on a pinch roller to perform laser cutting and blanking, wherein dual static laser cutting heads are used for cutting the coiled strip during the laser cutting, and the cut-away waste materials fall down from the cutting region and are conveyed to the outside; and after the completion of cutting, finally cutting off the obtained sheets from each other, receiving them by a receiving device and conveying same on a conveying belt to a picking up and stacking region to stack the sheets. An uncoiling and blanking method of the present invention adopts laser static cutting, can effectively improve the operation speed and yield by means of cooperative operation of two laser cutting heads, replaces the die blanking method, and has no die or maintenance cost associated therewith, requires no die stacking space, has a more flexible operation mode, simplifies the layout of the production line, and is easy to handle.

Uncoiling and blanking method

A metal plate loading/unloading and cutting method and system comprises: a block cart and a sheet cart both of which are arranged on a guide rail; a cutting operation unit arranged at one side of the guide rail; a carrying and stacking robot arranged between the cutting operation unit and the guide rail of the block cart and the sheet cart, a robot external shaft being parallel to the cart guide rail and extending over two fast moving table waiting stations of the cutting operation unit; and a waste material conveying device arranged below the two cutting stations of the cutting operation unit. The present invention can effectively increase material utilization efficiency and further enlarge the range in production and machining, and is especially suitable for providing production of small-batch vehicle models and trial production of new vehicle models.

A longitudinal metal plate loading/unloading and cutting method and a system thereof involve two longitudinally moving loading/unloading and cutting operation lines arranged in parallel, each of the operation lines comprising a block loading station, a cutting station, a sheet unloading station, and a carrying and stacking robot arranged between the two operation lines, which are arranged in succession, wherein the two operation lines have block loading directions opposite to each other. The present invention can effectively increase the cutting production rate and yield, and also provide a more reasonable layout of the system.

A method for combined shearing of a steel plate adopts a combination of unrolling and pendulum shearing with laser cutting, wherein after a steel roll is cut by unrolling and pendulum shearing to obtain sheets having a specified length, a part or all of the sheets are directly conveyed to a stack as finished sheet materials and the other part or all of the sheets are transferred to a laser cutting line by means of lateral material discharge from a unrolling and pendulum cutting line, and are picked up by a loading robot and moved to a laser cutting position to subject to a secondary cutting, so as to finally obtain profiled sheet materials which are picked up by a discharged material handling and stacking robot for an operation of stacking the finished products. By a method and system for combined shearing of a steel plate, the present invention achieves laser cutting of a profiled material by lateral material discharge from a blanking from a pendulum cutting line, and can share other functional segments of a production line; meanwhile, two blanking methods are combined to achieve cutting of a sheet of any shape, optimizing and improving the function of the production line and reducing the footprint and equipment investment costs.

Method and system for combined shearing of steel plate

The present invention discloses a method of motor vehicle sheet blanking and a system of the same, wherein the blanking method comprises: firstly, nesting for motor vehicle sheet material, and cutting it into group sheets with a shape and size confirmed by the multi length of the sheet; next, designing a backing die depending on scraps to be cut from the group sheet, and hollowing in areas corresponding to blanking openings in the backing die, in which the dimensions of the blanking openings are greater than that of the actual scraps to be cut; then, placing a group sheet onto the backing die; laser cutting the group sheet based on the shape of motor vehicle sheet, the cut scraps dropping through the blanking openings in the backing die onto a scrap conveyor belt underneath; stacking the cut sheets. The present invention can effectively process scraps cut from sheets and improve the blanking efficiency.
