A computer-implemented method for creating a data transformation adapter for non-standardized data between a data producer unit and a data consumer unit in a data communication environment is disclosed. The method comprises analyzing first data specifications of the data producer unit, and analyzing second data specifications related to the data consumer unit. The method also comprises matching data attributes of the first specifications with data attributes of the second specifications, generating dynamically a plurality of data transformation adapters using the matched data attributes, selecting a verified adapter ensuring that the matched data attributes of the first specifications and the data attributes of the second specifications are transformed correctly, and generating a minimal data transformation child adapter from the verified adapter based on current dynamic performance requirements of a data consumer, and data attributes currently used by an application of the data consumer unit.

Embodiments of the invention provide a computer-implemented method that includes intercepting, using a controller of a programmable network (PN), a deployment of a control application in the PN. Responsive to intercepting the deployment of the control application, a user experience (UE) analysis is performed. The UE analysis includes determining, based at least in part on a set of digital twins, a UE impact of the control application; and, based at least in part on the UE impact, generating a UE-based control application deployment recommendation. The method includes detecting a connection attempt by a user equipment to a non-standalone network that includes at least one base station and NR stations. The method also includes receiving connection data from the UE and connecting the UE to the base station. The method further includes determining an NR station from the NR stations based on channel quality measurements relating to the NR stations and the connection data of the UE using a prediction module that uses a machine learning model to predict the NR station. The channel quality measurements include cell range, uplink performance, cell capacity, and link quality. The method also includes connecting the UE to the NR station determined by the machine learning model.

The embodiment may monitor deployment metrics and controlling deployment parameters related to a deployment of software applications on edge nodes of the mobile network The embodiment may receive an optimization report from a network orchestrator of the mobile network. The embodiment may, based on the optimization report, determine a current optimization efficiency of the mobile network. The embodiment may, if the optimization efficiency fulfils an inefficiency criterion, determine deployment suggestions having assigned one or more of the deployment parameters and being indicative of an expected response of one or more of the deployment metrics to a suggested variation of the assigned deployment parameters. The embodiment may transmit the deployment suggestions to the network orchestrator. The embodiment may, in response to receiving from the network orchestrator an indication of a selected deployment suggestion, apply the suggested variation.

A system, method, and computer program product are provided for smart inter-Radio Access Technology (IRAT) Voice over Long-Term Evolution (VoLTE) mobility. In operation, a serving cell receives an indication of poor coverage from user equipment (UE) during an active call. The serving cell determines to initiate an inter-Radio Access Technology (IRAT) handover process if the coverage for the UE has become worse than a threshold value. The serving cell identifies at least one parameter (e.g. CovTriggerdBlindHoAllowed) indicating a conditional state in which selection between a measurement-based handover and a blind-based handover for the IRAT handover process is based on a critical condition threshold. The serving cell selects between the measurement-based handover and the blind-based handover for the IRAT handover process, as a result of identifying the conditional state of the parameter.
