A display device includes an active panel including a display area including a plurality of pixels and a non-display area surrounding the display area, the non-display area including an adjacent area adjacent to the display area and bending areas spaced from the display area by the adjacent area, the bending areas including a connection electrode and a first driving panel in contact with a first bending area of the active panel by a first connection member, and electrically coupled to the active panel. Each of the bending areas is bent in a direction perpendicular to a plane formed by the display area, and the active panel includes an opening in the first bending area exposing the connection electrode, and the first connection member is configured to couple a first signal from the first driving panel to the active panel through the connection electrode.

Display device and tiled display device

A display device includes a first substrate having a flexibility, a thin film transistor layer disposed on the first substrate, where the thin film transistor layer includes a thin film transistor, a first circuit board disposed under the first substrate, and a second circuit board electrically connecting the first circuit board and the thin film transistor to each other. A portion of the second circuit board is disposed between the first substrate and the thin film transistor layer.

Display device and method of manufacturing the same

A display device including a base substrate including a first base film, a second base film disposed on the first base film, and a connection wire, wherein at least a portion of the connection wire is disposed between the first base film and the second base film, a pixel circuit disposed on the base substrate, a light emitting element disposed on the pixel circuit and electrically connected to the pixel circuit, and a driving part disposed under the base substrate. The first base film has a first penetration part and a first protrusion part protruding toward the second base film, and the second base film has a second penetration part overlapping the first protrusion part and a second protrusion part protruding toward the first base film and overlapping the first penetration part. The connection wire extends to an upper surface of the base substrate along the first protrusion part.
