Provided is a mold part for resin molding and a manufacturing method. A mold part for molding resin includes a base material layer, a design section and uneven sections which abut an inner surface so as to form ventilation sections. The design section has a design surface transferred by a reverse master having an uneven surface. At least the design section out of the base material layer and the design section is formed of a heat resistant material, and the mold part for resin molding is interchangeably attached to the molding tool so that a molding pressure acts in a direction to press the uneven sections against the inner surface of the molding tool at the time of molding the resin molded article.

Method of manufacturing a mold part

An object of the present invention is to provide a mold for resin molding which ensures ventilation characteristic without requiring an enormous amount of work. The mold for resin molding of the present invention includes: a mold; a design layerformed inside the mold; and a air permeable interposing layerfor forming the design layeron an inner surface of the mold. The moldforms a ventilating throughhole. The design layeris made of a resin having projections and depressions on the surface, and has a ventilating throughholeformed so as to couple to the ventilating throughhole. The air permeable interposing layeris arranged next to the inner surface of the moldso that an inner surface of the design layer, the ventilating throughholeof the design layer, and the ventilating throughholeof the moldcouple to each other.

A method of manufacturing an decoration film includes the steps of forming a semi-finished decoration film formed with a concave-convex pattern on a surface in a method of manufacturing a printing plate including exposure, cleaning, and drying from a photosensitive resin film; and irradiating laser on the concave-convex pattern of the semi-finished decoration film and removing an unnecessary portion to smooth concave-convex parts and/or provide difference in height of a convex part and depth of a concave part of the concave-convex pattern.
