A scroll compressor according to the present disclosure includes a partition wall that divides a sealed vessel into a high-pressure space and a low-pressure space, a non-orbiting scroll provided in the low-pressure space, an orbiting scroll that forms a compression chamber between the orbiting scroll and the non-orbiting scroll, and a rotational shaft. The scroll compressor further includes a main bearing that supports the orbiting scroll, an elastic body that biases one of the non-orbiting scroll and the orbiting scroll so as to separate the non-orbiting scroll and the orbiting scroll from each other, and a plurality of columnar members that are fixed at one ends of the columnar members and are movable at the other ends of the columnar members, and are disposed in a circumferential direction. The non-orbiting scroll or the orbiting scroll that is biased by the elastic body is movable between the partition wall and the main bearing in an axial direction of the rotational shaft. The elastic body is disposed between the plurality of columnar members in the circumferential direction.

A scroll compressor includes a pillar-shaped member that is inserted into a scroll-side engagement section formed on a stationary scroll. A lower end-face of an engagement section between the pillar-shaped member and the scroll-side engagement section is located above a lap end-face of a stationary spiral lap.

A scroll compressor according to the present invention includes a partition plate that partitions a sealed container into a high-pressure space and a low-pressure space, a fixed scroll adjacent to the partition plate, a orbiting scroll, a rotation restrictor, and a main bearing. An elastic body is provided which biases one of a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll in a direction in which the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll are spaced away from each other. With this, upon the start-up of a compressor, a gap is formed between the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll, and thus the startability is improved.

A diameter of a main bearing memberis defined as Dm, a length thereof is defined as Lm, a diameter of the eccentric bearing memberis defined as De and a length thereof is defined as Le. A ratio (=Lm/Dm) of the length and the diameter of the main bearing memberand a ratio (=Le/De) of the length and the diameter of the eccentric bearing memberare set to Le/De&#x2266;Lm/Dm&#x2266;1. Therefore, contact at edge portions of both ends of the eccentric bearing memberdoes not occur, and it is possible to prevent contact at edge portions of both ends of the main bearing membereven if the main shaftinclines, and to reduce a viscosity loss caused by oil. Hence, the present invention provides a scroll compressor securing reliability of the bearing membersandand having high efficiency.

A scroll compressor includes a back pressure chamber oil-feeding path for feeding lubricating oil from a high-pressure region to a back pressure chamber, and a compression chamber oil-feeding path for feeding lubricating oil from the back pressure chamber to a compression chamber. The present invention provides a scroll compressor in which the reliabilities of the eccentric ball bearing and the main ball bearing are enhanced by controlling an amount of oil supplied from the high pressure region to the back pressure chamber and an amount of oil from the high pressure region to the eccentric ball bearing and the main ball bearing. Lubrication of a scroll compressor

It is an object of the present invention to improve the efficiency of a scroll gas compressor by operating a bypass at a proper compression ratio. To achieve the object, the present invention is constituted so that at least one pair of bypass holes whose one ends are opened in a compression chamber currently performing compression nearby a discharge vent and whose other ends communicate with a discharge chamber are asymmetrically arranged on a panel board. This structure makes it possible to improve the efficiency of the compressor by operating the bypass at an optimum compression ratio even if a difference is observed between pressure rises of a pair of symmetric compressed spaces under the compression process.
