An industrial robot apparatus for palletizing or depalletizing loads onto or from a pallet, having a robot body, a slider supported on the robot body and movable in a first direction, a mechanism for moving the slider, a first arm provided on one end of the slider and rotatable parallel to a plane perpendicular to the first direction, a first motor for rotating the first arm, a second arm provided on a distal end of the first arm, rotatable parallel to the perpendicular plane and substantially extendible and retractable, a second motor for rotating the second arm, an extension/retraction mechanism for substantially extending and retracting the second arm, a wrist provided on a distal end of the second arm, rotatable parallel to the perpendicular plane and used to hold a load; and a third motor for rotating the wrist.

Industrial robot apparatus

A traveling stand for a traveling type industrial robot device, along which the industrial robot device moves to carry out predetermined operations according to a predetermined operation order to a plurality of work stations arranged along the traveling stand. With a traveling stand, the positioning of the industrial robot can be accomplished accurately regardless of an occurrence of expansion or contraction of the stand due to change in an ambient temperature.

Traveling stand for traveling type industrial robot device

A deburring robot capable of adjusting the grinder position in response to detected data of the positions and shapes of the burrs on the workpiece as it carries out the deburring operation. A detector is provided at the robot position where the deburring is performed in order to detect the position and shape of the burr concerned. The detected data thus obtained is compared with the data on the predetermined taught positions of the grinder stored in a controller, so that the correction of the grinder position is effected simultaneously with the deburring operation.

Deburring robot

An elevator drive sheave includes a groove in its peripheral surface. A plurality of circumferentially spaced projected teeth are provided in the groove and a lining extends over these teeth. A stranded elevator rope is received in the groove in contact with the lining. The spacing of the teeth is a multiple of the pitch of the strands of the rope. In case of abnormal lining wear, the rope comes in contact with the teeth to insure continued safe tractive force.

Elevator winding device

An elevator apparatus comprising a reduction gear unit having reduction mechanism of rotary parts of parallel axial gears, an input shaft and an output shaft as main parts; a main rope suspending a car and a counterweight; a traction sheave which is directly connected to said output shaft and on which said main rope is wound; and a traction motor for rotating said input shaft of said reduction gear unit comprises a friction device for imparting pushing force to said rotary parts of said reduction gear unit.

In a traction machine for an elevator having a reduction gear enclosed within a main housing and having an input shaft and an output shaft together with parallel shaft gears, a traction sheave connected to the output shaft, an electric motor connected to the input shaft, a brake gear, and a flywheel, at least one of the electric motor, the brake gear and the flywheel is arranged on the same side as the traction sheave, whereby a peripheral portion of one of the side surfaces of the at least one of the above elements confronts a peripheral portion of one of the side surfaces of the traction sheave.
