Provided is a battery module capable of suppressing failures in accurate detection of the state of battery cells due to the effects of unwanted radiation from the battery cells. A battery moduleincludes a plurality of battery cellsthat are stacked and disposed and a wiring memberto detect the state of the plurality of battery cells. In the wiring member, an insulating base material, a wiring layerdisposed on one surfaceside of the base materialand including a plurality of detection linesto detect the state of the plurality of battery cells, and a ground layerdisposed in a position corresponding to at least the wiring layer, on the other surfaceside of the base materialare stacked.

Battery module

This secondary cell module has: a plurality of unit cells, each having a pair of positive and negative electrode terminals; a first bus bar providing an electrical connection between unit cells; and a second bus bar disposed on at least two unit cells of the plurality of unit cells and electrically connected to an external terminal. In addition, the present invention is characterized in that the second bus bar has a first metal member connected to the positive or negative electrode terminal, a second metal member connected to the external terminal, a third metal member connected to a voltage detection terminal, a first linkage member connecting the first metal member to the second metal member, and a second linkage member connecting the first metal member to the third metal member, and the first linkage member and the second linkage member are connected to each other via the first metal member.

The present disclosure provides a battery module having more improved safety than the conventional battery pack and capable of protecting the battery cells more reliably. The current value at which a cell blocking portion CB inside each of a plurality of battery cells BC interrupts a current path inside the battery cell BC is larger than the current value at which the module fuse MF connected in series to the module terminals MT and the plurality of battery cells BC blows out.

Battery module and battery pack

An electricity storage block includes: an element stacked body in which a plurality of square electricity storage elements is stacked and arranged such that wide surfaces of the adjacent square electricity storage elements are opposed to each other; and a pressing device that presses the element stacked body toward the thermally-conductive sheet arranged on the heat transfer plate. The element stacked body includes holders having wide surface abutment parts in abutment with one of the wide surfaces in a pair in at least the predetermined square electricity storage element. The outer surfaces of the bottom plates of the square electricity storage elements are set as heat transfer surfaces thermally connected to the heat transfer plate via the thermally-conductive sheet. The heat-transfer surfaces protrude toward the heat transfer plate more than the end surfaces of the wide surface abutment parts at the heat transfer plate side.

Electricity storage block and electricity storage module

Provided is an assembled battery which is downsized and in which a fastening force between a busbar and an external terminal cable at a fixing part is improved. Provided is an assembled battery including: a group of cells in which a plurality of cells, each having electrode terminals, is stacked; plate-shaped members arranged at ends of the group of cells; and cell holders arranged between the plate-shaped members and the group of cells, in which each of the cell holders is provided with a terminal fixing part of the assembled battery, and each of the plate-shaped members has a fitting part to be fitted to the terminal fixing part.

Assembled battery

An assembled battery that can be easily assembled and that has high reliability is provided. An assembled battery includes secondary batteries with a flat prismatic shape that are stacked in a thickness direction (X-axis direction), spacer members that are stacked alternately with the secondary batteries, and side plates that extend in a stacking direction of the secondary batteries and face side surfaces of the spacer members along the stacking direction. The spacer member includes an engagement part to be engaged with the side plate in a manner that sliding is possible in the stacking direction (X-axis direction).

A storage module in which a plurality of storage elements are electrically connected by bus bars includes: a temperature sensor which contacts a surface of the storage element and detects a temperature of the storage element; a pressing member which presses the temperature sensor to the storage element; and a regulation member which regulates a movement of the temperature sensor in a direction orthogonal to a pressing direction of the pressing member.

Storage module

A secondary battery module includes an annular member making a tip end of a connection terminal of a bus bar and a tip end of a voltage detection terminal inserted therein in an axial direction to be aligned with each other in terms of directions. The annular member includes an elastic deformation portion biasing the connection terminal and the voltage detection terminal in directions of making the connection terminal and the voltage detection terminal press each other. Accordingly, reliability to deal with an external cause is high, and an assembling operation is facilitated.

A secondary battery module includes a cell block in which a plurality of square batteries are layered, and includes: a pair of end plates arranged to respectively face one side and another side of the cell block in a layering direction; and a pair of side frames and arranged to respectively face one side and another side in a cell width direction perpendicular to the layering direction of the cell block, and in the one side and another side in the cell width direction, one end portion being engaged with one end plate at the one side in the layering direction, and other end portion being engaged with other end plate at another side in the layering direction.

Secondary battery module

An electric storage module includes: a cooling plate with a predetermined thickness between a front surface and a rear surface, with the front surface and the rear surface functioning as cooling surfaces by a coolant flowing in the cooling plate; a first battery row made up with a plurality of battery cells, to be cooled by the cooling plate, arrayed along a predetermined direction, with one end surfaces of the battery cells being coupled with the front surface of the cooling plate so as to achieve thermal conduction; and a second battery row made up with a plurality of battery cells, to be cooled by the cooling plate, arrayed along a predetermined direction, with one end surfaces of the battery cells being coupled with the rear surface of the cooling plate so as to achieve thermal conduction.

Electric storage module and electric storage device

Equalization of a temperature distribution in a flow direction on a cooling plate is facilitated so that temperatures of plural cells that thermally contact with the cooling plate are equalized, to reduce variability in the state of charge-discharge and the lifetimes of the respective cells. A battery module includes a cooling plate having a refrigerant channel in which a refrigerant circulates, and plural cells that are thermally conductively coupled onto a surface of the cooling plate, in which the refrigerant channel is formed with plural large diameter pipes that decelerate the refrigerant, and plural small diameter pipes that accelerate the refrigerant, a channel sectional area of the large diameter pipes is larger than a refrigerant channel sectional area of the small diameter pipes arranged on an inflow side of the large diameter pipes.

Battery module and power supply apparatus

An electrical storage module includes: a plurality of electrical storage units; electrical storage unit connecting conductors electrically connecting the plurality of electrical storage units; and a voltage detection line unit electrically connected to the plurality of electrical storage units for detecting a voltage of each of the plurality of the electrical storage units, wherein: the voltage detection line unit is unitized with the electrical storage unit connecting conductors, includes voltage detection lines for each detecting the voltage of one of the plurality of the electrical storage units, and is configured such that, when the electrical storage unit connecting conductors are mechanically connected to the plurality of electrical storage units, the voltage detection lines are electrically connected to the electrical storage units.

Electrical storage module

A throttle control apparatus for an engine on a vehicle is provided, in which the number of component parts in the position detection means and the driven means is reduced to improve the accuracy in its position control and at the same time an integrated wiring is achieved and connectors are aggregated. The position detection means for detecting the position of a control valve, the driven means for controlling the position of the control valve, the means for processing control signals, an output from the position control means for controlling the position of the control valve are disposed within a sealed space defined by a body supporting a control valve shaft, and a cover. Based on the fact that the number of component parts of the position detection means may be reduced, the mechanical hysteresis and electrical hysteresis may also be reduced to improve the accuracy in controlling the control valve position, and it is possible to aggregate the connectors.
