Is disclosed an inclination sensor for detecting a tilted state of a case by detecting by a magnetic sensor a magnetized portion of a pendulum type movement mounted rotatably on a shaft in accordance with inclination of the case, wherein the shaft fitted with a clearance in a rotation shaft hole of the movement is further provided at both ends with loosely fitted thereon spacers and mounted in the case. This realizes non-restricted state of both the movement and the shaft. Thus, the movement obtains an improved response characteristic and an increased stability since no oscillation of a running vehicle is transmitted through the shaft to the movement.

Inclination sensor

A liquid level sensor switch comprising a case, a rod type guide vertically extending from an inside bottom center of the case, a float having a center bore fitted on the guide with a clearance allowing the float to freely move up and down along the guide inside the case, an electrode plate attached to a circumferential bottom surface of the float and a pair of fixed contacts disposed opposite to each other across the guide on the inside bottom surface of the case, wherein the float moves down with the drop of oil in the case along the guide to reach a lowest position at which the electrode plate makes contact with both the fixed contacts to turn on a circuit formed by the electrode plate bridging between the contacts for producing an electrical signal indicating that oil surface is lowered to or below a specified level, which is featured by using the guide having a body tapering upward from its bottom end or the float having the center bore tapered to be gradually larger in diameter upward from its bottom end to prevent the float from putting the electrode plate into poor contact with the both contacts due to variations in height of the paired contacts when the switch used in a tilted state with the float inclined aside with its center bore abutting on the guide and which is also featured by using a combination of the cylindrically formed guide and the float having a center bore having a polygonal cross section or a combination of the guide having a polygonal cross section and the float having the round center bore to prevent the float from adhering to the float to the guide due to the effect of the surface tension of oil between them when the switch is used in a tilted state.

Liquid level sensor switch

A liquid level sensor-switch capable of effectively reducing variations in levels detected depending on directions in which it is inclined. The sensor-switch has a case, a guide rod formed therein, a float mounted on the guide rod with a clearance and being movable in the vertical direction along the guide rod in the case, an electrode plate attached to the bottom of the float and a pair of terminals disposed on both sides of the guide rod on the inside bottom of the case, wherein the float moves downward as the level of liquid lowers and it detects a specified low level by contacting the electrode plate with the paired terminals to make conductive a circuit formed between the terminals. It is featured by the fact that a pair of protrusions for restricting a biased movement of the float with respect to the guide rod are provided on both sides of the guide rod on the inside bottom of the case in a direction with a specified angle to a direction of arrangement of the paired terminals.

The present invention relates to an auto-switch which is used for a control circuit of a power window for moving automobile window glass up and down using an electric window motor, and has a manual/automatic contact, wherein the auto-switch is operably by a single operating knob. In the auto-state, the auto-switch can mechanically retain the manual/automatic contact at a closed state, and can always reset the operating knob to the neutral position.
