In a double eccentric valve, a valve seat or valve body includes a rubber seal part in which a seat surface or seal surface is formed. An interference between the valve seat and the valve body is made minimum at a position of a rotary-shaft-directional end of the valve body in the radial direction of the valve body which is parallel to an extending direction of the axis of a rotary shaft.

Double eccentric valve

A fuel supply unit including injectors to adjust a flow rate and a pressure of fuel gas and an outflow passage of which the fuel gas injected from the injectors will flow out, wherein the fuel supply unit further includes: a branch passage that branches off from the outflow passage and communicates with an injection port of the injector; a specified injector defined as N&#x2212;1 or less pieces of the injectors when N pieces of the injectors are provided, in which N denotes an integer more than 1; and a pressure reduction member provided in the branch passage that communicates with an injection port of the specified injector, only the specified injector is operated during idling, and the pressure reduction member is configured to decompress injection pressure of the fuel gas which will be injected from the specified injector.

Fuel supply unit

A fuel injection apparatus includes a valve element provided with a flow passage allowing a fuel to flow therethrough, a valve seat which the valve element will contact with or separate from, and a casing accommodating therein the valve element and the valve seat. During valve opening in which the valve element is separated from the valve seat, the fuel flowing through the flow passage is discharged through a gap between the valve element and the valve seat. A direction in which the valve seat is placed relative to the valve element is the same as a direction of the fuel flowing in the flow passage. The fuel injection apparatus further includes a discharge-side flow passage in which the fuel to be discharged during valve opening is allowed flow. The discharge-side flow passage is formed outside an outer peripheral portion of the valve seat.

Fuel supply apparatus

A fuel supply apparatus includes a valve seat, a valve element, and a sealing member formed of a circular-disc or annular shape placed in the valve element to face the valve seat. The valve element includes an outside facing surface corresponding to a surface facing the valve seat and formed more outside than the sealing member in a radial direction thereof. The sealing member includes an annular protrusion protruding toward the valve seat more than the outside facing surface, and a flat portion formed between the outside facing surface and an distal end of the protrusion on a side toward the valve seat in a central axis direction of the sealing member so that the flat portion will contact with the valve seat during valve closing.

A hydrogen supply unit is provided with an inflow block having an inflow passage for hydrogen gas, an outflow block having an outflow passage for hydrogen gas, injectors for adjusting a flow rate and a pressure of hydrogen gas, a secondary pressure sensor for detecting hydrogen gas pressure in the inflow passage, and a tertiary pressure sensor for detecting hydrogen gas pressure in the outflow passage. An inlet side of each injector is connected to the inflow passage and an outlet side of each injector is connected to the outflow passage. The hydrogen gas allowed to flow in the inflow passage is injected by each injector into the outflow passage and thereby reduced in pressure. Each of the injectors, secondary pressure sensor, and tertiary pressure sensor are held between the inflow block and outflow block.

A hydrogen supply unit is configured to inject hydrogen gas having flowed in an inflow passage into an outflow passage by use of an injector to reduce the pressure of the hydrogen gas. The hydrogen supply unit includes a primary-side relief valve for releasing the hydrogen gas from inside to outside of the inflow passage when the internal pressure of the inflow passage rises to a first predetermined value, and a secondary-side relief valve for releasing the hydrogen gas from inside to outside of the outflow passage when the internal pressure of the outflow passage rises to a second predetermined value. The primary-side relief valve and the secondary-side relief valve are held between the inflow block and the outflow block.
