A pressure control valve, which has a main valve for control, capable of opening and closing a valve hole by means of a diaphragm, and controls the pressure of a fluid by the agency of the main valve for control, comprises a non-return auxiliary valve located around the main valve for control so as to be coaxial therewith. The non-return auxiliary valve includes a cylindrical portion to be guided by a valve guard body having the valve hole therein and an annular rib extending outward from one end of the cylindrical portion. The rib can engage an auxiliary-valve seat on an outlet-side case.

Pressure control valve

A temperature sensing portion of a control valve main body is located in a first refrigerant passage for communicating an outlet side of a radiator with an inlet side of an internal heat exchanger, and a second refrigerant passage for introducing the refrigerant flowing from the internal heat exchanger to an upstream side of a valve port in a refrigerant flow is formed in a casing main body. Accordingly, since it is possible to reduce a delay of temperature change in a sealed space (control chamber) with respect to refrigerant temperature change at the outlet side of the radiator, a temperature response characteristic of the pressure control valve is improved. Further, since it is not necessary to separately assemble a capillary tube, a temperature sensing cylinder or the like to the outlet side of the radiator, it is possible to reduce the number of processes for assembling the CO,cycle and to attempt to reduce a manufacturing prime cost.

A pressure adjusting valve for a variable capacity compressor comprising a main body portion provided with a lower lid, a spring case provided with an upper lid, and a diaphragm held between the upper lid and the lower lid. The upper lid and lower lid are hermetically connected with each other through caulking and soldering. Alternatively, the upper lid and the lower lid are hermetically connected with each other by means of an electron beam welding.

Pressure adjusting valve for variable capacity compressors

A thermostatic subcooling control valve is disclosed which is capable of enhancing evaporative power of an evaporator in a refrigerating cycle to thereby improve refrigerating capacity of the refrigerating cycle and which is capable of ensuring safety from danger of a high pressure refrigerant and which is capable of attaining improved precision and improved reliability. The thermostatic subcooling control valve according to the present invention comprises a valve body having a pressure-operative portion and a valving element operating portion for sensing temperature and pressure of a refrigerant to operate, and the valve body is contained in a casing provided with a refrigerant inlet connecting portion and a refrigerant outlet connecting portion. Preferably, the casing comprises an entrance casing member having the inlet connecting portion and an exit casing member having the outlet connecting portion, and the casing members are fixedly joined together to thereby contain the valve body.
